Im aufgeklapptem Zustand kann diese Vorrichtung auf einem Schreibtisch aufgestellt werden, so daß ein Sach­bearbeiter die zu erledigenden Angelegenheiten in der Folge ihrer Dringlichkeit stets vor Augen hat. In für den bestim­mungsgemäßen Gebrauch genügend weit geöffnetem Zustand hat ein solcher Ordner jedoch nur eine geringe Standfestigkeit und beengt auch das Blickfeld der an einem Schreibtisch arbeitenden Person. An der Innenseite des Teils C sind Taschen 6,7 zur Aufnahme von Reservemerkzettel aufgeklebt bzw. aufge­schweißt. Um die Vorrichtung im zusammengeklappten Zustand, in dem der Teil D die Funktion einer Schließklappe erfüllt, wie eine Kollegmappe verschließen zu können, kann an der Außen­seite des Teils A ein Teil einer Schließe befestigt sein, mit dem der andere, an dem Teil D befestigten Teil der Schließe zusammenwirkt. Die Schließe kann so ausgebildet sein, daß die Vorderkante des am Teil D befestigten Organs der Schließe in der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Schräglage in eine Prägerille einrastet. Besteht die Schließe aus einem oder zwei Druckknöpfen, so stört dies die Aufstellung der Vorrichtung in der in Fig. 2 dargestellten Schräglage nicht.As can be seen from the two figures 2 and 3, the device can be set up in at least two inclined positions. 1. Vorrichtung zur übersichtlichen Aufnahme von Merkzetteln in Gestalt einer mehrere gegeneinander klappbare steife Teile aufweisende Mappe, von deren Teilen einer der auf­geklappten, mindestens einen Teil in Schräglage aufwei­senden Mappe als Standfläche dient, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß
- die Mappe aus vier Teilen A, B, C und D besteht, an deren einem, ein Endteil bildenden ersten Teil A in an sich bekannter Weise Einstecktaschen (1) in zu den bie­geschlaffen, die einzelnen Teile der Mappe verbindenden Streifen (3,4,5) senkrechten Reihen angeordnet sind,
- die Mappe (2) in Verlängerung des ersten Teils A sich erstreckende etwa gleich breite Teile B und C aufweist, die zusammen eine der Breite des ersten Teils A entspre­chende Breite aufweisen,
- der an den ersten Teil A angrenzende Teil B der aufge­klappten, den Teil A in Schräglage aufweisenden Mappe dieser als Standfläche dient, und
- der vierte Teil D der Mappe eine Breite aufweist, die im wesentlichen der Breite des zweiten Teils B oder des dritten Teils C entspricht.1.
