Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft das automatisierte Härten von einzelnen Werkstücken, insbesondere Stahlblechen. The invention relates to the automated hardening of individuals Workpieces, especially sheet steel.

Es sollen Stahlbleche derart gehärtet werden, daß ihr Randbe­ reich gegenüber dem übrigen Stahlblech eine höhere Härte und eine höhere Verschleißfestigkeit aufweist, im übrigen Stahl­ blech eine hinreichende Federwirkung erreicht wird und dabei das Stahlblech weitestgehend verzugsfrei bleibt. Erfindungsgemäß wird ein Stahlblech (3) in einem Warmbad (1) unter Verwendung von Preßplatten (4) zur Verhinderung des Ver­ zuges derart gehärtet, daß das Stahlblech (3) einem Warmbad (1) zugeführt wird, hier mittels den Randbereich freilassender Preß­ platten (4) in der vorgesehenen Form gehalten wird, wobei spä­ testens gleichzeitig mit dem Anpreßvorgang über eine Verdrängungs­ einrichtung (6) dem Randbereich des Stahlbleches (3) Abschreck­ medium (2) aus dem Warmbad mit hoher Strömungsgeschwindigkeit zugeführt wird.
