Abstract

1. Verstärkerschaltung für Elektromagnete von Proportio­ nal- oder Servoventilen.
2. Bei einer Verstärkerschaltung für Elektromagnete von Proportional- oder Servoventilen mit einer mittels eines Puls­ breiten-Modulators (2) einer Ansteuerschaltung angesteuer­ ten Transistor-Endstufe (4) ist letztere als eine Brücke ausge­ bildet, in deren vier Zweige je ein Power-MOS-Transistor (4) liegt und deren Diagonale den Ausgang für den Anschluß der Erregerwicklung (5) des Elektromagneten bildet. Die An­ steuerstufe weist eine Steuerlogik (8) auf, welche durch eine Steuerimpulsverzögerung die Brücke querstromfrei umschal­ tet.
