Description

L'invention concerne une machine à laver le linge selon le préambule de la revendication 1.The invention relates to a washing machine according to the preamble of claim 1.

This request relates to a washing machine which has a jar of powder or liquid product. In the use of jars for powdered or liquid detergents arises, the problem of fouling of the jars by viscous liquid detergents, detergents which agglomerate with the powdered product, during a double use. There is also, for the same reasons, the problem of plugging by fouling the emptying conduits of said pots. The creation of a vortex to promote the water-product mixture is therefore sought.

The product container described in the cited patent application is provided with a water supply in its upper part with an inverted gutter form at the top of the wall and a bottom in wavy form to create a vortex.

The device described has the drawback of being complex, of having a network of tubes which can cause an accidental closure, for example the siphon can become dirty.

The subject of the invention is a washing machine for laundry according to the characteristic of claim 1.

The water coming from the water inlet and feeding the tank is no longer conducted by a network of tubes liable to become blocked; the water is channeled through the double wall. Sealing the holes is no longer possible because the little product that passes through the holes dilutes in the water contained in the double wall.

Des formes préférentielles sont prévues conformément aux caractéristiques des revendications 2, 3 et 4.Preferential forms are provided in accordance with the characteristics of claims 2, 3 and 4.

In a preferred form of the invention, the pot can be composed of at least two removable containers, one upper forming the inner wall, the other lower forming the outer wall, both substantially parallelepipedal and interlocking the one in the other vertically, to form on the one hand, a double vertical partition and a double bottom and on the other hand, a siphon for emptying the lower container. The nesting of the upper and lower receptacles allows easy cleaning of the siphon, a relatively rare cleaning because the residual water circulating in the space included in the double wall contains in concentration only very little detergent.

Advantageously, the siphon can be formed on the one hand, of a vertical tube integral with the bottom of the lower container, molded with it and passing through it to communicate with the internal space of the tank and on the other hand, of a sleeve substantially vertical cylindrical, closed in its upper part, molded in the bottom of the upper container and concentrically covering said tube. So when disassembling the detergent container the siphon breaks down into two very easily accessible tubes for possible cleaning.

According to the invention, the punctured hole (s), arranged on the inner wall, is (are) a nozzle (s) giving the jets an orientation parallel to the plane of the wall or, when the wall is curved, at the plane tangent to the surface of the wall. The holes may have a completely different shape, for example the shape of a projection at the periphery of which holes are arranged, in the shower, sending water parallel to the surface on which the projection has been arranged.

In another preferred form of the invention, the holes forming nozzles can be placed so as to produce a series of jets oriented circularly. The water jets from the holes cause a rotating movement of water in the pot to mix the water and the detergent. In another way, the holes forming nozzles are arranged on the inner wall forming the bottom of the upper container, the movement of the water is then called "velodrome movement". In addition to a rotating movement, the holes thus placed cause an upward movement of the water contained in the jar, a movement which raises, when they exist, the agglomerates of powdered detergent to carry them towards the overflow conduit.

In another preferred embodiment, the interior and exterior walls of the pot constitute a double bottom. The side walls of the two receptacles which fit together then come into contact with each other, leaving only a space forming a double bottom as well as a space allowing laterally a communication between the double bottom and the inlet mouth d 'water.

The following description and the drawings illustrate an embodiment of the invention.
  • Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the washing machine according to the invention, with its product container
  • Figure 2 is a perspective view of a jar of washing powder or liquid.
  • Figure 3 shows a longitudinal section of a product container according to the invention.
  • Figure 4 is a top view corresponding to the pot of Figure 3.
  • FIG. 5 shows a longitudinal section of the product container shown in FIG. 2.
  • Figure 6 is a top view of the pot of Figure 2.

Figure 1 shows a top-loading washing machine 1, with its body door 2 open. Below door 2 is a door 3 of the tank. Parallel to the plane of the frame of the door 3 is arranged a fixed tub 4 for detergents and in particular a jar 5 of washing powder or liquid.

Figure 2 is a perspective view of the pot 5. In this embodiment according to the invention the pot is composed of two substantially parallelepipedic containers, an upper container 6 mounted by vertical interlocking in a lower container 7. The interlocking of containers 6 and 7 allows; by the fact that the upper container 6 has an external volume less than the internal volume of the container 7, to produce a double wall forming on the one hand, a double vertical partition 8, total or partial and on the other hand, a double bottom 9 total or partial. A water inlet 10 responsible for injecting water into the pot 5 is placed in front of a mouth 11 which communicates with the space between the two walls, this space is itself in communication with holes 12 in the form of a 'nozzle. A part of the pot removed makes it possible to show, in addition to the double bottom 9, a siphon 13 whose function is to empty the lower container 7 and therefore the pot 5, by siphoning the water contained in the bottom of the container 7 between the two walls. The siphon is produced on the one hand, by a molding during the molding of the lower container 7 of a vertical tube 14 which crosses the bottom of the container to communicate with the internal space of the tank and on the other hand, by molding with the upper container 6 of a substantially cylindrical vertical sleeve 15 closed at the end, in its upper part 16. The sleeve 15 fits concentrically during assembly of the upper container 6 in the lower container 7, leaving a gap between the part high 16 closed and the high end of the tube.

The content of the pot formed by a diluted detergent is poured into the internal space of the tank by overflowing when the mixture arrives at a drain line 17.

In this embodiment according to the invention, the water inlet 10 injects the water into the mouth 11 to invade the space between the double wall. The water contained in this space gushes into the upper container 6 through the holes 12. The holes 12 can be, in order to simplify the manufacture, made by molding either on the bottom of the container 6 or on the vertical partition of said container, or simultaneously on the bottom and the vertical partition to form a series of nozzles. Each of the nozzles has the shape of a puncture produced by molding or even if the container is metallic, by cutting the sheet metal and stamping in order to form a projection and create a hole of which the rectangular or arc-shaped section is a surface. substantially perpendicular to the surface in which it was made. Thus the water jets leaving these nozzles parallel to the wall surface make it possible, when mixing the products with the water, either a turbulent regime when the jets are oriented in opposition, or a rotating regime when the jets are oriented circularly. The arrows on the various figures give the orientation of the water jets entering the volume containing the pot. In FIG. 3 is shown in section, the siphon 13 composed of the tube 14 secured to the lower container 7 as well as the sleeve 15 itself secured to the upper container 6.

Figure 4 shows the direction of water movement in the case of a circular orientation of the jets during a water-detergent mixture.

Figure 5 shows a double bottomed pot 9 in longitudinal section. In this embodiment according to the invention, the space between the double wall is reduced mainly to a space between the two bottoms of the two receptacles space occupying in the horizontal plane all or part of the two horizontal walls. The holes 12 are then placed only in the bottom of the upper container. In a particular form shown in Figure 6, the holes are placed and their nozzles oriented so as to cause in the pot of rectangular section a movement called "velodrome of the injected water. In this embodiment, there is a rotating movement with, in addition, a vertical component moving the water-product mixture upwards in substantially flat and horizontal layers, in this way the agglomerates of powdered detergent are lifted by the movement of water to then be discharged into the internal space of the tank through the overflow conduit.
