Abstract

Une centrifugeuse utilisée pour séparer une phase dispersée d'une phase continue comprend un certain nombre de chambres coniques de centrifugation symétriquement agencées autour d'un axe vertical. Chaque chambre de centrifugation étant connectée à une conduite commune (1) d'admission du liquide à séparer, une série de lamelles (4), une zone de compression (9) pour la phase dispersée et un élément de transport pour conduire la phase dispersée séparée jusqu'à un orifice d'évacuation (12). Cet élément de décharge (11) comprend au moins deux vis de transport agencées chacune à une extrémité d'un arbre commun, les vis servant à évacuer des chambres opposées de centrifugation auxquelles elles sont connectées. La centrifugeuse est en outre pourvue d'une série de lamelles (4) comprenant un certain nombre de lamelles doubles fermées par rapport à une zone de distribution (3), connectées à une extrémité avec un orifice d'évacuation (7) de la phase continue et s'ouvrant à l'autre extrémité dans la zone de compression (9) pour la phase dispersée.
