Claims (4)
- Dispositif transducteur dans un compteur susceptible de mésurer la consommation de fluid, par example d'eau ou de gaz, ou d'électricité, à travers le mésurage de la position angulaire des éléments mécaniques pivotables comprenant:- des premières transducteurs formés par des éléments pivotables (11a ... 11h) qui sont accouplés d'entre eux de telle façon que lorsq'un élément pivotable complète une rotation, il provoque une rotation incrémentielle du successif,- des seconds transducteurs pivotables (14a ... 14h) chaque transducteur étant accouplé mécaniquement à un correspondant premier transducteur et comprenant des disques codeurs du type absolu,- un détecteur (16) apte à détecter la position angulaire des seconds transducteurs (14a ... 14h) et apte à envoyer des signaux à un dispositif de contrôle (18) connecté à un écran (20) ou à une interface pour la transmission à distance des signaux, caractérisé en ce que- les disques codeurs comprennent un nombre multiple d'ouvertures (25) disposées selon un code prédeterminé et selon un limit désiré de précision, de façon que lorsqu'ils sont en mouvement, ils font fonction de "verniers",- l'accouplement entre les premiers et les seconds transducteurs est tel que l'indication "type vernier" du second transducteur (14a ... 14h) est retardée par rapport à l'indication du premier (11a ... 11h), - ledit détecteur comprend une pluralité de détecteurs individuels (16a ... 16h) un par chacun des seconds transducteurs,- des autres détecteurs (111a ... 111h) sont prévus pour détecter les positions angulaires des premiers transducteurs (11a ... 11h) et pour envoyer leurs signaux au dispositif de contrôle (18).
- Dispositif de transduction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit rétard est 1/5 à 1/10 de l'interval entre les divisions des premiers transducteurs.
- Dispositif de transduction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de contrôle (18) comporte un dispositif de synchronisation des signaux détectés par les détecteurs associés aux premiers et seconds transducteurs.
- Dispositif de transduction selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de synchronisation prevoit un circuit de coïncidence et d'interpretation pour le contrôle moyennant l'addition ou la detraction des données fournis par les détecteurs associés aux premiers et seconds transducteurs de manière à fournir en sortant la mésure atteinte dans le domaine des tolérances requises.
