Definitions
- This invention relates to the dispensing of carbonated beverages and in particular, beer. It is desirable to provide a carbonated beverage dispensing apparatus which may for example be kept in the home and used to dispense only a part of the volume of the container at any one time whilst retaining the remainder in good condition and under sufficient pressure to facilitate further dispensing.
- German patent Application No. 1432460 describes a method of storing and dispensing a perishable liquid in which a cask is partially filled with liquid and nitrogen gas is introduced into the head space above the liquid to expel air from the cask. This prevents the liquid from oxygenation and allows heating of the liquid, in the cask, to pasteurise it without impairing the taste.

Claims (5)
- Procédé de distribution de boisson gazeuse à l'aide d'un distributeur, le distributeur comprenant un récipient, le procédé comprenant la préparation du distributeur pour la distribution de boisson gazeuse par remplissage du récipient d'une boisson gazeuse et distribution de la boisson gazeuse du récipient par manoeuvre d'un robinet qui règle la circulation de la boisson par une ouverture formée dans le récipient, caractérisé en ce que le récipient est rempli entre les cinq huitièmes et les trois quarts de son volume, en ce que la préparation du distributeur pour la distribution comprend le remplissage du volume libre au-dessus de la boisson par un gaz sous pression contenant de l'azote à une pression supérieure de 95.10³ N/m² (14 psi) à la pression atmosphérique, et en ce que la distribution de la boisson du récipient est réalisée sans introduction d'une quantité supplémentaire de gaz dans le volume libre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le récipient est rempli de la boisson gazeuse aux cinq septièmes de son volume.
- Distributeur de boisson gazeuse préparé pour la distribution par mise en oeuvre d'un procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2.

- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 3 et 4, dans lequel le récipient a deux ouvertures, une première ouverture destinée au remplissage du récipient et placée sur l'axe central de celui-ci et pour laquelle un dispositif de fermeture étanche est réalisé, la seconde ouverture portant un dispositif de distribution et étant placée près de la périphérie de la face d'extrémité, le récipient, pendant l'utilisation, ayant une position dans laquelle le dispositif de distribution est aussi bas que possible par rapport à l'axe central du récipient.
