Abstract
Ein Thermoschalter besitzt eine kreisförmige, konkav
oder konvex gekrümmte Bimetallscheibe, die sich mit ihrem
Rand auf einem Gehäuseteil abstütz und deren zentraler
Bereich direkt oder indirekt eine Kontaktzunge beaufschlagt.
In ihrem zentralen Bereich weicht die Bimetallscheibe vom
Krümmungsradius ab, insbesondere entsteht dadurch eine
gegenläufige konkave bzw. konvexe Krümmung mit einem
kleineren Krümmungsradius. Durch diese spezielle Formge
bung wird bei Unterschreitung der Rückstelltemperatur das
Rückspringen verhindert, was bei bestimmten Anwendungs
fällen nicht mehr erwünscht ist. Durch dieses Verhalten ist
der Thermoschalter ausschließlich durch mechanische Ein
wirkung von außen wieder in seinen Ausgangszustand
zurückzuversetzen, die erfindungsgemäße Formgebung
beeinträchtigt aber das ordnungsgemäße Ansprechen der
Bimetallscheibe bei Erreichen der Schalttemperatur nicht.
