Description

The invention relates to a snow guard nose, consisting of a fastening part running approximately parallel to the roof and a catching part provided for the snow guard, approximately perpendicular to it, and a supporting part connecting the upper end thereof to the fastening part, a bead running in the longitudinal direction being provided in at least one part.

Such well-known: snow guard lugs are formed from a long sheet metal strip, which at one end to form the Catch part is bent at an angle of about 90 ° and bent again at the end of the catch nose at an angle of about 45 ° to form the support part. For stiffening, one or two beads are arranged in the catch and / or support part. However, this stiffening has proven to be insufficient.

The object of the present invention is to stiffen a snow guard nose of the type described above even more in a structurally simple manner.

This object is achieved in that at least in one part at least three beads are provided, of which the recess of at least one bead is formed in the opposite direction compared to the recess of the other beads. Such a "counter bead formation" surprisingly significantly increases the bending strength with little additional effort for embossing an additional bead. The supporting part is expediently reinforced in this way in order to avoid buckling if the snow load is too high. However, the catching and fastening part can also be designed with such a counter bead. In this case, a formation that is symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal axis of the individual catching nose parts is advantageous for forming a uniform bending moment.

A preferred embodiment of the invention is that three beads are provided, the recess of the two outer beads being designed to run in the same direction. Such a design enables substantial stiffening with minimal additional effort.

According to another embodiment of the invention it is provided that the bead n is arranged on the catching and supporting part are, whereby a significantly higher load on the snow guard nose is possible.

According to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the bead can be formed with a depression that increases constantly towards the longitudinal center. Such a conical bead leads to a further increase in the bending strength.

Finally, according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the central bead of the catching part can be designed to extend approximately to the central region of the fastening part. Such an embodiment advantageously prevents lifting due to very high snow loads acting on the catching part, in particular of the central area from the roof surface.

Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung an Hand zweier in der Zeichnung dargestellter Ausführungsbeispiele näher beschrieben,The invention is described in more detail below with reference to two exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing,

Es zeigen:

  • Fig.1 eine Perspektivansicht einer Schneefangnase,
II-II,
  • Fig.3 eine Seiten- und
Show it:
  • 1 is a perspective view of a snow guard nose,
  • 2 shows a section through the snow guard nose according to FIG. 1, according to the line. II-II,
  • 3 shows a side and
  • 4 shows a plan view of a further exemplary embodiment of a snow guard nose according to the invention.

A snow guard nose 1 formed from sheet metal is composed of a fastening part 2 adjacent to the roof surface, a catching part 3 arranged perpendicularly to this and a supporting part 4 connecting it to the fastening part. Both the catching and the supporting part 3, 4 have three arranged parallel to one another and in the longitudinal direction Divide running beads 5. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the depression of the central bead 5 of the support part 4 is formed in the opposite direction compared to the depression of the adjacent beads 5. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the bead shape is semicircular, but these can also be trapezoidal or the like. Likewise, the two outer beads 5 of the support part 4 can also be recessed in the direction of the catching part 3, while the central bead 5 is then shaped in the opposite direction. The fastening part 2 also has two beads 6 in its area lying between the catching and supporting part 3, 4.

The snow guard nose 1 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 has a specially formed central bead 7 in the region of the support part 4. This has a depression 8 directed in the direction of the catching and fastening part 3. 2, which increases constantly in the direction of the longitudinal center of the bead. This conical bead 7 ensures a particularly stable formation of the snow guard nose 1. The central bead 9 extends from the catching part 3 to the central region of the supporting part 2 and thereby prevents the supporting part from being lifted if the catching part 3 is too high Snow load ..
