Claims (10)

1. Behälter (1) mit Hals (5) aus Kunststoff und einer Kappe (12) aus Kunststoff, wobei der Hals (5) einen Sicherheitsverschluss (9) und die Kappe (12) einen Schlüssel (14 + 16) mit Innenprofilen aufweisen, der in den Verschluss (9) einrastet, wenn die Kappe (12) über dem Hals (5) ist, und die Drehung der Kappe (12) den Bruch des Verschlusses (9) ermöglicht, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination der folgenden vier Merkmale:
a) Der Sicherheitsverschluss (9) hat eine glatte Seitenweand (11);
b) der Kunststoff des Kappenschlüssels (14+16) ist härter als der Kunststoff des Verschlusses (9);
c) die Innenprofile des Kappenschlüssels (14 + 16) enden mit sich verjüngenden Kanten (16), die im Querschnitt zur gemeinsamen Achse (L) des Verschlusses (9) und des Kappenschlüssels (14+16) einen Spitzenwinkel von 7-20° bilden;
d) bei Einrasten des Verschlusses (9) mit dem Kappenschlüssel (14+ 16) haben zumindest auf einer gewissen Höhe die aufeinander folgenden, zur gemeinsamen Achse (L) senkrechten Kreise, die durch die Spitzen (17) der sich verjüngenden Kanten (16) gehen, um 0,4-0,9 mm kleinere Durchmesser (0d) als die ihnen entsprechenden Durchmesser (⌀D) der Seitenwand (11) des Verschlusses (9).
2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich verjüngenden Kanten (16) der Innenprofile des Kappenschlüssels (14+16) im Querschnitt zur gemeinsamen Achse (L) des Verschlusses (9) und des Kappenschlüssels (14+ 16) einen Spitzenwinkel (a) von 10-16° haben.

Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Einrasten des Verschlusses (9) mit dem Kappenschlüssel (14+ 16) zumindest auf einer gewissen Höhe die aufeinander folgenden, zur gemeinsamen Achse (L) des Verschlusses (9) und des Kappenschlüssels (14+16) senkrechten Kreise, die durch die Spitzen (17) der sich verjüngenden Kanten (16) der Innenprofile des Kappenschlüssels (14 + 16) gehen, um 0, 5-0,7 mm kleinere Durchmesser (0d) haben als die ihnen entsprechenden Durchmesser (⌀D) der Seitenwand (11) des Verschlusses (9).

Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenprofile (16) des Kappenschlüssels von einer Krone (14) getragen werden, deren unteres Ende (18) leicht mit dem Verschluss (9) einrastet und die Innenprofile (16) eine allmähliche Verbreiterung (19) auf einer Höhe aufweisen, die mindestens der doppelten maximalen Breite der Profile entspricht.
5. Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (9) aus Polyethylen mit niedriger Dichte und der Kappenschlüssel (14 + 16) aus einem Kunststoff der folgenden Gruppe ist: Polyethylen mit hoher Dichte, Polypropylen, wärmehärtbaren Kunstharzen, Polycarbonaten, Styrolen, Acetalharzen und Polyestern.
6. Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (9) aus Polyethylen mit hoher Dichte und der Kappenschlüssel (14 + 16) aus einem Kunststoff der folgenden Gruppe ist: Polypropylen, wärmehartbaren Kunstharzen, Polycarbonaten, Styrolen, Acetalharzen und Polyestern.
7. Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (9) aus Polypropylen und der Kappenschlüssel (14 + 16) aus einem der folgenden Kunststoffe ist: wärmehartbaren Kunstharzen, Polycarbonaten, Styrolen, Acetalharzen und Polyestern.
8. Verfahren zum Öffnen eines Behälters (1) mit Hals (5) aus Kunststoff und darauf einem Sicherheitsverschluss (9), der eine glatte Seitenwand (11) aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Stufen:
A) Anbringen einer Kappe (12) aus Kunststoff mit einem Schlüssel mit Innenprofilen (14+16), wobei die Kappe (12) auf den Hals (5) passt und ihr Schlüssel (14 + 16) mit dem Verschluss (9) einrastet und der Kappenschlüssel (14+16) folgende Merkmale aufweist:
- zumindest der Schlüssel (14 +16) ist aus einem härteren Kunststoff als der Kunststoff des Halses (5) und des Verschlusses (9);
- die Innenprofile enden mit sich verjüngenden Kanten (16) mit einem Spitzenwinkel von 7-20°, deren Spitzen (17) sich zumindest auf 1,5 mm auf aufeinander folgenden, zur Achse der Kappe senkrechten Kreisen befinden, deren Durchmesser (0d) um 0,4-0,9 mm kleiner als die entsprechenden Durchmesser (⌀D) des Verschlusses (9) sind;
B) Zusammenpressen des Verschlusses (9) und Riefeln seiner Seitenwand (11) durch Drücken der Kappe auf den Hals (5) und folglich ihres Schlüssels (14+16) auf den Verschluss (9);
C) Drehen der Kappe (12) in Bezug auf den Behälter (1) in Drehrichtung (22) oder entgegengesetzt bis zum Bruch des Verschlusses (9) und Entfernen der Kappe (12).
