Definitions
- the invention relates to anti-slip floor or wall coverings, in particular for swimming pools, made of rustproof metal, such as steel or the like, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- coverings are to cover all those accessible areas, e.g. to provide a surface in and around the swimming pool that prevents people from slipping even when wet. It is known to create roughness in the form of sand gluing in the case of plastic surfaces, or to use checker plates in the case of aluminum. These are sheets that are raised on the upper side by profile rolling during the last rolling pass, which are oriented in different directions and therefore prevent slipping in any direction. They replace the previously used ribbed or corrugated sheets, which have cross-arranged ribs and recesses in between, in which water can remain and which make cleaning more difficult. To produce such profiles on stainless steel sheets, however, requires an excessive technical effort.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, in particular, of an anti-slip floor or wall covering To create stainless steel that is easy and inexpensive to manufacture.

- the elevations formed in a certain grid also allow water to run off.
- the knobs can be obtained in a particularly simple manner by embossing a sheet, with corresponding depressions remaining on the back of the sheet, so the knobs are simply shaped out of the sheet.
- a flat sheet 1 of, for example, 1.5 or 2.5 mm thick made of chrome-nickel steel is locally deformed by an embossing stamp so that part of the material is pressed upwards, thereby making circular elevations in Form of knobs 2 with about 9 mm in diameter and about 1.2 mm in height.
- indentations 3 on the rear side. These indentations are not visible in the installed position and are therefore neither aesthetically nor functional, e.g. as dirt trap, for effect.
- the elevations or knobs 2 are expediently arranged in a square grid, the grid dimension being 20 to 30 mm. However, the invention is not limited to this grid, since the knobs 2 can also be arranged irregularly or offset. It is also possible to vary the shape and the diameter of the elevations or knobs 2. A bubble diameter 6-3 0 mm has proven to be very useful. Particularly advantageous knobs have a diameter of 7 to 15 mm. As the figures show, the circular knobs also have a preferred flat surface, which results when stamping with a corresponding stamp. 1 and 2 are particularly suitable for swimming pool floors, the version according to FIGS. 3 and 4 is particularly useful for the kick walls of swimming pools.
- the invention is not limited to these applications. This means that stairs, pool surrounds, lifting floors, ladders and the like, as well as wet barefoot areas can also be executed.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to anti-slip floor or wall coverings, in particular for swimming pools, made of rustproof metal, such as steel or the like, according to the preamble of
The purpose of such coverings is to cover all those accessible areas, e.g. to provide a surface in and around the swimming pool that prevents people from slipping even when wet.
The invention is therefore based on the object, in particular, of an anti-slip floor or wall covering To create stainless steel that is easy and inexpensive to manufacture.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of
Further features of the invention are claimed in the subclaims.
A steel sheet with circular knobs offers extensive protection against slipping. The elevations formed in a certain grid also allow water to run off. The knobs can be obtained in a particularly simple manner by embossing a sheet, with corresponding depressions remaining on the back of the sheet, so the knobs are simply shaped out of the sheet.
Eine vorteilhafte Noppenanordnung ist im Unteranspruch 3 genannt. An advantageous knob arrangement is mentioned in
- Fig. 1 einen Teilschnitt durch ein Noppenblech,
- Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf ein Noppenblech,
- Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht hierzu.
- 1 is a partial section through a knobbed sheet,
- 2 is a plan view of a knobbed sheet,
- Fig. 3 shows a partial section through a different knobbed sheet and
- Fig. 4 is a plan view of this.
As can be seen in the drawing, a
There are
The elevations or
The invention is not limited to these applications. This means that stairs, pool surrounds, lifting floors, ladders and the like, as well as wet barefoot areas can also be executed.
