Claims (9)

1. Cephalosporium acremonium transformé avec un vecteur comprenant un marqueur de résistance aminoglycosidique, qui confère la résistance au G418.
2. Cephalosporium acremonium selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite résistance est fournie par un gène codant pour une aminoglycoside 3'-phosphotransférase.
3. Cephalosporium acremonium selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit gène est séletionné dans le génome d'E. Coli contenant le tranposon Tn601(903), le transposon Tn5 ou dans le génome de Streptomyces fradiae.
4. Cephalosporium acremonium selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, dans lequel la transcription dudit gène est activée par un promoteur eucaryotique.
5. Cephalosporium acremonium selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit promoteur eucaryotique comprend le promoteur du gène Saccharomyces cerevisiae alcool déhydrogenase 1 (ADCI).
6. Vecteur capable de transformer Cephalosporium acremonium avec le gène de résistance aminoglycosidique G418.
7. Plasmide pMA4 ou équivalent fonctionnel de celui-ci, déposé dans E. Coli au "National Collection of Industrial and Marine Bacteria" le 1er Novembre 1984 sous le numéro d'accession NCIB 12025.
8. Vecteur capable de transformer Cephalosporium acremonium à résistance aminoglycosidique, ledit vecteur incluant un promoteur eucaryotique et un gène non-eucaryotique codant pour la résistance G418 aminoglycosidique, ledit gène non-eucaryotique étant transcriptable à partir dudit promoteur.
9. Procédé de sélection de Cephalosporium acremonium transformé selon la revendication 1 des cellules de Cephalosporium acremonium non transformées comprenant le traitement des cellules avec l'aminoglycoside G418.
