Description
The invention relates to a spinning system for man-made fibers with a spinning shaft which is connected to the spinneret and is designed as a tube and which is divided into two parts, its upper part being telescopically displaceable relative to the lower, fixed part and being airtightly connectable to the spinning head.
The subject of the present invention represents an advantageous development of the subject of the patent (DE-PA P 34 06 347.1) and relates in particular to facilitating the so-called nozzle change. In this respect, the text of the patent mentioned is part of the present description.
The freshly spun filaments emerging from the spinneret are known to be extremely sensitive, which is why a generally all-round covering has generally been introduced. In the spinning system which is the subject of the patent mentioned, a spinning shaft designed as a tube connects directly to the spinneret, the part length of which is adjacent to the spinneret and is perforated and surrounded by a blow box. In a particular embodiment which forms the basis of the present invention, the spinning shaft is divided into two parts, the upper part length adjacent to the spinning nozzle being fixed relative to the lower part standing part of the spinning shaft is telescopically displaceable and can thus be moved away from it when working on the spinning head. In particular the nozzle change is made possible in this way.
The technical object of the present invention is to make the nozzle changes considerably easier by designing the upper spinning shaft part in particular. This is done according to the invention by a spinning system of the type described in the introduction, which is characterized in that at the upper end facing the spinneret of the upper part, which is telescopically movable relative to the lower, fixed part of the spinning shaft, a carrying and / or mounting device for the nozzle pack or the Nozzle pot is provided. This carrying and / or mounting device can either be a tool that is temporarily placed on the spinning shaft for inserting the nozzle or for removal, or can be provided as a fixed end part of the telescopically movable upper spinning shaft part.
A possible embodiment of the temporarily placed tool consists, for example, of a circular cylindrical disk which can be inserted into a flat recess on the top of the blow box flange. Since it has to be rotated around the spinning shaft axis in particular when using a spinning head according to the patent EP 85106256.2 (Bag. 1416) for fastening the nozzle package, the disc can advantageously be on its underside with a narrow seat on the bottom of the flat recess to reduce the friction Be beaded. In its top, axially aligned pins are inserted on a concentric circle in corresponding mounting bores of the nozzle pot for tightening the nozzle pot. To rotate the mounting disc, it can have holes for inserting a circular cylindrical circumference Mo ntageschlüssels exhibit or show other arrangements known per se, for attaching a corresponding wrench. After the nozzle change has been completed, the assembly tool is removed again and then the airtight connection between the spinning head and the spinning shaft is established.
It is also possible, the disc-shaped Montagewerk- z eug as part of Spinnschachtflansches in place to maintain, when the disc receives an end of ensuring the required free passage of the filament bundle inner bore. In order to prevent or limit the dissipation of heat from the nozzle pack into the assembly tool, its edge on which the nozzle pot sits is covered by suitable insulation.
In a special form of further development of the mounting device, which is designed as an integrated end part of the telescopically movable, upper spinning shaft part, this is a mounting ring fitted into the circular-cylindrical inner bore of the blow box flange, which has one or more steep thread grooves on its outer circumference. The number and mutual spacing of these are provided on the inner surface of the circular cylindrical flange bore with radially inwardly directed sliding pins which engage in the helical thread grooves. The steep thread grooves have the same pitch and running direction. In order to hold the mounting ring in its rest position after inserting the nozzle cup, the downward helical thread grooves end at the top at a minimum distance of approx. 0.3 mm from the upper ring edge or the mounting ring is provided with a safety collar at its upper end. In order to avoid a protrusion in the latter case, a corresponding screwing in for the collar can be provided. Again, the next to the nozzle pot in contact R ingoberfläche with a pressure-resistant and heat-resistant insulating material covered.
To reduce the friction between the walls of the steep thread grooves and the sliding pins, the latter can be equipped with circular cylindrical running rings running smoothly on these. It is particularly advantageous to connect the assembly device to the nozzle pot by locking. These locks create a mechanical connection between the assembly device and the nozzle pot when the nozzle pot is released. This mechanical connection ensures that the rotational movement of the mounting device is transmitted to the nozzle pot.
The inevitable tolerances to be taken into account for the production of the airtight connection between the spinning head and the spinning shaft when the nozzle pot is being screwed in are, for example, no problem if a seal is chosen, as shown in DE patent (P 34 06 347.1) in FIGS. 6 and 6a and there described on

The
The
During the spinning operation, the
When the two
Figures 2 and 3 show, as a detail a section of the spinning cell of FIG. 1 in the region of the
The present invention provides devices for removing the
The assembly tool to be used to carry out the nozzle change and to be removed after the end of the assembly of FIG. 2 consists of a
In the embodiment shown, bores 65 for inserting an assembly key are provided on the circular cylindrical periphery of the
Before the

The disk-shaped
Now the unit consisting of the
F ig. 3 shows an assembly tool through which the
The assembly tool is a
In various ways care can be taken that the mounting
To insert a
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3, a friction between mounting
An exemplary embodiment for removing the
F ig. 4 shows in addition to the mounting means according to Fig. 3 part of a spinning head, similar to that in the Euro- Docket EP pa is chen Patent Application 85106256.2 (Bag. 141 6) Spin head shown is. To install a nozzle package, the nozzle pot with all its components is placed on the mounting
Im übrigen entspricht das Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 4 demjenigen nach Fig. 3.Otherwise, the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4 corresponds to that according to FIG. 3.
The importance of the invention is that it represents a first step in automating the nozzle change in spinning machines. This applies in particular to the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, in which the manual activity for loosening and inserting the nozzle in the spinning beam of the spinning system is already reduced to the transport to and from and the attachment to the upper part of the spinning shaft.
