Claims (2)

1. Heizungsgerät für ein Gebäude oder irgendein Zimmer der Gattung, die die Vereinigung, gemäss einer dreistufigen Einheit, eines Warmwassergenerators (1), der einen mit einem Wasser-Verbrennungsproduktetauscher (12) verbundenen Brenner (10) aufweist und der die untere Stufe bildet, eines Systems (2,16) zur Erzeugung von Warmwasser, das die mittlere Stufe bildet, und eines Wasser-Lufttauschers (8), der mit einem Gebläse (6) verbunden ist und der die untere Stufe der Einheit bildet, aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch eine Warmwasserzuleitung (14) des Wasser-Lufttauschers (8) und durch eine Rückleitung (15) zum Wasser-Verbrennungsproduktetauscher (12), wobei beide Leitungen den Wasser-Verbrennungsproduktetauscher (12) mit dem Wasser-Lufttauscher (8) verbinden und wobei beide Leitungen miteinander durch einen Kreis (16) verbunden sind, der die Heizung des in einem die mittlere Stufe bildenden Behälter (2) liegenden Warmwasser ermöglicht, welcher Behälter wie die untere und die obere Stufe der Einheit wärmeisoliert ist, während die Warmwasserzuleitung (14) ein sich am Anschluss dieser Leitung mit dem Heizungskreis (16) befindendes Elektroventil (20) aufweist, um die Verbindung dieser Leitung entweder mit dem besagten Heizungskreis oder mit dem Wasser-Lufttauscher (8) zu ermöglichen.
2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wasser-Lufttauscher (8) mit einem Pufferbehälter (27) verbunden ist, der einerseits mit der Zufuhr (8a) dieses Tauschers und andererseits mit der Warmwasserzuleitung (14) in Verbindung steht.
