Abstract
Description
- La présente invention a essentiellement pour objet un procédé de chauffage d'un bâtiment ou d'un local quelconque par soufflage d'air chaud dans ce bâtiment ou ce local.
- Elle vise également un appareil de chauffage comportant application de ce procédé.
- On a déjà proposé des générateurs à air chaud munis d'une régulation en tout ou rien sur le débit d'air soufflé. Mais, jusqu'à présent, on n'a pas encore proposé un générateur à air'chaud dont la température de l'air soufflé est modulée en fonction des besoins.
- Par ailleurs, on n'a pas encore proposé de réunir dans un seul et même appareil des moyens permettant de produire efficacement de l'air chaud et de l'eau chaude sanitaire, chaque production ayant sa propre régulation.
- La présente invention a pour but de combler ces lacunes en proposant un procédé et un appareil de chauffage qui réalisent notamment une nette amélioration du confort et permettent aussi de réaliser une économie d'énergie substantielle par rapport aux systèmes connus jusqu'à présent.
- A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un procédé de chauffage d'un bâtiment ou local quelconque par soufflage d'air chaud, caractérisé en ce qu'on chauffe l'air soufflé en le faisant passer suivant un débit constant au travers d'un échangeur à eau chaude à forte inertie thermique, et on alimente cet échangeur au moyen d'un générateur d'eau chaude équipé d'au moins un brûleur à action tout ou rien commandé par la température d'ambiance du bâtiment ou du local à chauffer, de telle sorte que l'action tout ou rien du brûleur se traduit par une action modulante sur la température de sortie de l'air chaud soufflé en raison de l'inertie thermique du circuit d'eau chaude.
- Suivant encore une autre caractéristique du procédé de l'invention, le générateur d'eau chaude précité alimente un circuit de réchauffage d'eau chaude sanitaire en priorité sur le circuit d'alimentation de l'échangeur précité assurant le chauffage de l'air soufflé.
- On précisera encore ici que, selon ce procédé, on prévoit une interruption du soufflage d'air chaud lorsque celui-ci descend en dessous d'une température critique trop basse.
- L'invention vise également un appareil de chauffage d'un bâtiment ou d'un local quelconque, caractérisé par la réunion dans cet appareil d'un générateur d'air chaud constitué par au moins un ventilateur associé à au moins un échangeur eau-air à forte inertie thermique, d'un réservoir d'eau chaude sanitaire, et d'un générateur d'eau chaude relié à l'échangeur eau-air ainsi qu'à un circuit de réchauffage de l'eau chaude sanitaire stockée dans ledit réservoir.
- L'appareil de l'invention est encore caractérisé par le fait que le générateur d'eau chaude, le réservoir de stockage et le générateur d'air chaud sont agencés dans l'appareil suivant trois étages thermiquement isolés.
- Suivant encore une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le générateur d'eau chaude constituant l'étage inférieur de l'appareil comprend un brûleur et un échangeur eau-produits de combustion du brûleur, lequel échangeur est relié par des conduites d'alimentation et de retour à l'échangeur eau-air précité et constituant l'étage supérieur de l'appareil,tandis que le circuit de réchauffage de l'eau chaude sanitaire traversant le réservoir constituant l'étage milieu, communique avec lesdites conduites d'alimentation et de retour.
- On précisera encore ici que la conduite d'alimentation est pourvue d'un circulateur en amont d'une électrovanne permettant la communication de ladite conduite soit avec le circuit de réchauffage précité, soit avec l'échangeur eau-air précité.
- La sortie du générateur d'air chaud est munie d'un airstat couplé au ventilateur, tandis que le réservoir de stockage précité est équipé d'un aquastat relié notamment au brûleur.
- Suivant un autre mode de réalisation, l'échangeur eau-air du générateur d'air chaud est associé à un ballon-tampon communiquant, d'une part, avec l'entrée de cet échangeur et, d'autre part, avec la conduite précitée d'alimentation en eau chaude.
- On prévoit encore dans le compartiment du générateur d'eau chaude formant l'étage inférieur de l'appareil, une évacuation pour les produits de combustion et pour les condensats.
- Mais d'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront mieux dans la description détaillée qui suit et se réfère aux dessins annexés, donnés uniquement à titre d'exemple, et dans lesquels :
- La figure 1 est une vue schématique en élévation et coupe verticale d'un appareil de chauffage conforme aux principes de l'invention, et
- La figure 2 est une vue schématique en élévation et coupe verticale d'un autre mode de réalisation d'appareil de chauffage selon l'invention.
- Suivant l'exemple de réalisation montré sur la figure 1, un appareil de chauffage conforme à la présente invention réunit dans un seul et même appareil, et suivant une configuration en étages, un générateur d'eau chaude 1 formant l'étage inférieur de l'appareil, un réservoir d'eau,chaude sanitaire 2 constituant l'étage milieu, et un générateur d'air chaud 3 constituant l'étage supérieur de l'appareil, ces trois étages étant isolés thermiquement comme on l'a montré en 4 et étant enfermés dans un caisson formant enveloppe 5.
- Le générateur d'air chaud 3 est constitué par un ventilateur 6 soufflant l'air repris en 7 dans le local au travers d'un échangeur à eau chaude 8 à forte inertie thermique et d'une contenance de 30 litres d'eau par exemple. L'air chauffé est soufflé dans le local par la sortie 9 sur le côté du caisson 5 par exemple.
- Le générateur d'eau chaude 1 formant l'étage inférieur de l'appareil comprend essentiellement un brûleur 10 à air soufflé par exemple, ce brûleur étant solidaire de parois transversales 11 et étant dirigé de telle façon que les produits de combustion passent au travers d'un échangeur 12 eau-produits de combustion. L'échangeur 12 peut avoir par exemple une contenance de 30 litres d'eau.
- Cet échangeur 12 est relié à l'échangeur 8 par une conduite 14 d'alimentation en eau chaude ainsi que par une conduite de retour 15.
- On a montré en 16 un circuit de réchauffage formant, suivant l'exemple de réalisation représenté, un serpentin qui communique en 17 avec la conduite d'alimentation 14 et en 18 avec la conduite de retour 15. Plus précisément, la conduite d'alimentation 14 est pourvue d'un circulateur 19 en amont d'une électrovanne 20 susceptible de permettre la communication de ladite conduite 14 soit avec le serpentin de réchauffage 16, soit avec l'échangeur eau-air soufflé 8.
- On a montré en 21 un conduit d'arrivée d'eau froide dans le réservoir de stockage 2 dont la contenance peut être par exemple comprise entre 80 et 100 litres d'eau, et on a montré en 22 un conduit de départ de l'eau chaude sanitaire.
- Un aquastat 23 dont la fonction sera expliquée plus loin à propos du fonctionnement, est monté sur le réservoir 2. Un thermostat d'ambiance 24, situé de préférence dans le local le plus défavorisé thermiquement, commande en tout ou rien le brûleur 10. Un airstat 25 est monté au niveau de la sortie 9 de l'air chaud soufflé dans le local. Enfin, on a montré en 26 une canalisation d'évacuation des condensats résultant de la condensation pouvant se produire sur l'eau de retour de la boucle de chauffage constituée par la conduite 18, l'échangeur 12, la conduite 14 et l'échangeur eau-air 8, dans le cas où ce dernier présente une surface d'échange suffisante.
- La variante d'appareil représentée sur la figure 2 diffère seulement de la réalisation visible sur la figure 1, par le fait qu'au niveau du générateur d'air chaud 3, on prévoit un ballon-tampon 27 communiquant par un conduit 28 avec l'entrée 8a de l'échangeur 8, et avec la conduite 14 d'alimentation en eau chaude. Pour désigner les éléments communs avec ceux de la figure 1, on a bien entendu utilisé les mêmes repères. La réalisation de la figure 2 peut être envisagée dans le cas où la capacité de l'échangeur 8, visible sur la figure 1, est trop importante pour une batterie dont la surface de chauffe est d'environ 8,1 m2. Dès lors, et conformément à la figure 2, on utilisera un échangeur ou une batterie 8 de 10 litres de contenance, et un ballon-tampon tel que 27 pouvant contenir 20 litres d'eau.
- Enfin, on notera que, tant en ce qui concerne la réalisation visible sur la figure 1 que celle visible sur la figure 2, on peut prévoir un aquastat de sécurité 29 monté sur la conduite 14 immédiatement en aval de l'échangeur 12 eau-produits de combustion dont la contenance est par exemple de 20 litres dans les deux cas.
- On décrira maintenant le fonctionnement et les avantages de l'appareil selon l'invention en se reportant à l'appareil de base visible sur la figure 1.
- Comme cela est connu en soi, le brûleur 10, qui est d'une conception classique, fonctionne en tout ou rien et est commandé par le thermostat d'ambiance 24.
- On décrira tout d'abord comment s'effectue le réchauffage de l'eau chaude stockée dans le réservoir 2, ce réchauffage étant prioritaire par rapport au réchauffage de l'air soufflé au travers de l'échangeur 8.
- L'aquastat 23 maintient la température dans le réservoir 2 entre environ 55°C et 65°C. Lorsque la température de stockage atteint 55°C, l'aquastat commande la mise en route du brûleur 10 et du circulateur 19, ainsi que le passage du courant dans la bobine de l'électrovanne 20, ce qui a pour effet de faire dévier l'eau chauffée par l'échangeur 12 uniquement vers la conduite 16 plongée dans le réservoir 2. Lorsque la température de l'eau dans le réservoir atteint 65°C, le réchauffage est alors interrompu.
- Comme on l'a dit précédemment, il y a priorité sur l'eau chaude sanitaire, de sorte qu'il ne peut y avoir chauffage de l'air que si la température de l'eau stockée est supérieure à 55°C. Dans ce cas, l'électrovanne 20 assure l'alimentation en eau chauffée par l'échangeur 12, uniquement vers l'échangeur eau-air 8.
- La régulation du chauffage s'effectue par le thermostat 24 qui commande en tout ou rien le brûleur, et par l'airstat 25 situé au départ 9 de l'air chaud.
- Plus précisément, si la température de la pièce thermo- statée est insuffisante, le thermostat 24 met en route le brûleur. Lorsque cette température est suffisante, le thermostat 24 arrête le brûleur, mais le circulateur 19 et le ventilateur 6 continuent de fonctionner, de sorte que la boucle d'eau chaude, présentant une inertie élevée, se refroidit très lentement en assurant une température de soufflage décroissante. L'airstat 25 n'intervient pour arrêter le ventilateur 6 que si la température de soufflage atteint un seuil inférieur et critique, par exemple voisin de 25°C.
- Mais on insistera ici sur le fait que grâce à la présente invention, on évitera les inconvénients que l'on trouve sur les générateurs & air chaud classiques et qui sont régulés en tout ou rien sur le débit d'air soufflé.
- En effet, grâce à la présente invention, on n'effectue une régulation en tout ou rien que sur le brûleur, et cette régulation se traduit par une action modulante sur la température de sortie 9 de l'air chaud soufflé en raison de l'inertie de l'ordre de 50 litres de la boucle d'eau chaude. En d'autres termes, la température de l'air soufflé est modulée en fonction des besoins, le débit de l'air soufflé restant constant et ne s'annulant que dans le cas où la température de soufflage atteint un seuil critique.
- On comprend donc que la température de l'air soufflé oscillera autour d'une valeur moyenne d'autant plus faible que les besoins du local à chauffer sont faibles.
- Par opposition aux régulations classiques en tout ou rien sur le débit d'air soufflé, le chauffage à température modulée selon les principes de la présente invention, procure une amélioration très nette du confort ainsi qu'une meilleure récupération des apports solaires et internes, et une économie d'énergie substantielle. Enfin, on notera que l'appareil de chauffage selon l'invention peut avantageusement être associé à des conceptions solaires passives, telles que par exemple des serres ventilées.
- Bien entendu, l'invention n'est nullement limitée aux modes de réalisation décrits et illustrés.
- Au contraire, elle comprend tous les équivalents techniques des moyens décrits ainsi que leurs combinaisons si celles-ci sont effectuées suivant son esprit.
