Abstract

Aus der DE-C-3 009 961 ist eine Glaskeramik-Kochfeldeinheit bekannt. Der Einbau der Kochfeldeinheit in der Arbeitsplatte erfolgt in der Weise, dass diese in den Ausschnitt der Arbeitsplatte eingelassen und mit dieser verspannt wird. Der sogen. Ausdehnungsspalt zwischen dem Ausschnittrand und dem Rand der Kochfeldeinheit wird nach dem Verspannungsvorgang mit einer elastischen und klebenden Dichtmassen ausgespritzt bzw. ausgegossen. Es hat sich nun gezeigt, dass infolge Massabweichungen sowohl beim Ausschnitt in der Arbeitsplatte als auch bei der Kochfeldeinheit sich unterschiedliche Ausdehnungsspaltbreiten ergeben. Beim Einbau der Kochfeldeinheit in die Arbeitsplatte wird darauf oftmals nicht so geachtet, so dass nach dem Einbau der Kochfeldeinheit zwischen den sich gegenüberstehenden Rändern an den einzelnen Einbauseiten unterschiedlich breite Ausdehnungsspalte vorhanden sind. Um diese zu vermeiden, sind während des Einbauvorganges zeitraubende Messarbeiten durchzuführen.A glass ceramic cooktop unit is known from DE-C-3 009 961. Die Arbeitsplatte 6 ist zur Aufnahme der Kochfeldeinheit 1 mit einem entsprechenden Ausschnitt versehen, der in etwa der Körperform der Kochfeldeinheit angepasst ist. Zwischen dem Rand der eingesetzten Kochfeldeinheit 1 und dem Ausschnittrand ist ein sogen. Ausdehnungsspalt 7 vorhanden, der nach Ausrichten der Kochfeldeinheit und dem nicht dargestellten Verspannen der Kochfeldeinheit 1 mit der Arbeitsplatte mit einer elastischen und klebenden Dichtmasse ausgegosses bzw. ausgefüllt wird. Um das Ausrichten der Kochfeldeinheit im Arbeitsplattenausschnitt zu erleichtern und sicherzustellen, dass an allen vier Seiten zwischen dem Ausschnittrand und dem Rand der Kochfeldeinheit 1 sich ein in der Breite gleicher umlaufender Ausdehnungsspalt 7 ergibt, werden zweckmässig mehrere aus Kunststoff oder dgl. bestehende prismen- oder quaderförmig ausgebildete Distanzelemente 8, die an jeder ihrer Quaderflächen einen Distanzansatz 13 bzw. 14 bzw. 15 aufweisen, zu Hilfe genommen. Die Distanzelemente 8 werden mit dem Distanzansatz verteilt in den umlaufenden Ausdehnungsspalt 7 eingesetzt und damit die Kochfeldeinheit gegenüber demArbeitsplattenausschnitt so ausgerichtet, dass sich ein im Durchmesser bzw. in der Breite gleichbleibender umlaufender Ausdehnungsspalt 7 einstellt. Zweckmässig wird an den beiden Schmalseiten 9, 9' mittig je ein Distanzelement 8 zum Einsatz gebracht, während an den beiden Längsseiten 10, 10' je zwei Distanzelemente 8 vorgesehen werden. Nach dem üblichen Verspannen der Kochfeldeinheit 1 mit der Arbeitsplatte 6, womit die Kochfeldeinheit unverrückbar festgelegt ist, werden die Distanzelemente 8 aus dem Ausdehnungsspalt 7 entnommen bzw. herausgezogen.
