Abstract

Porte-Clefs ou boîte à clefs à sortie frontale des clefs caractérisé par un boîtier où sont disposées les clefs côte à côte: en tête de chaque clef un ressort (1) dans une gaine crantée (2) où se loge un arrêt (3) maintenant le ressort en compression, en actionnant le bouton de déclenchement (4) correspondant à la clef désirée l'arrêt se libére du crantage et la clef est projetée vers l'avant où le couvercle à fente (6) retiendra la tête de la clef en bout de course mais libérera le panneton; il ne reste plus qu'à introduire le panneton ainsi libéré dans la serrure et à ouvrir la porte; à noter que sur une grande face extérieure à la boîte à clefs se trouve une pochette (7) où l'on peut y loger le panneton de la clef de contact de la voiture ou d'autres clefs ne prenant pas place à l'intérieur du porte-clefs, elles seront liées à celui-ci par une chaînette (8) fixée au porte-clefs selon un system existant (Fig. 7); deux ou plusieurs boîtes à clefs peuvent être liées les unes aux autres se dépliant en accordéon pour prendre un volume moins encombrant (Fig. 8-9 et 10).Key ring or key box with front key outlet characterized by a box where the keys are arranged side by side: at the head of each key a spring (1) in a notched sheath (2) where a stop (3) is housed maintaining the spring in compression, by actuating the release button (4) corresponding to the desired key, the stop frees itself from the notching and the key is thrown forward where the slot cover (6) will hold the head of the key at the end of the race but will release the bit; it remains only to introduce the bit thus released into the lock and to open the door; note that on a large surface outside the key box is a pocket (7) where you can accommodate the bit of the ignition key of the car or other keys not taking place inside the key ring, they will be linked to it by a chain (8) fixed to the key ring according to an existing system (Fig. 7); two or more key boxes can be linked to each other unfolding in an accordion to take up a less bulky volume (Fig. 8-9 and 10).

Description

KEY HOLDER OR KEY BOX WITH FRONTAL KEY OUTPUT

Advantages: The keys are stored in a very precise order and to each key there is a button for triggering the exit from the bit which can be seen with your eyes closed or in the darkest night which allows you to have the desired key in a dark garage for example. The key box is very small in its dimensions, eg key box for 5 keys approx. Size: 1.8 / 3 / L 7 cm. Other advantages which is not negligible if you want to lend or remove a key from the key box, just slide the cover of the box and press the corresponding trigger button, the key will be projected in your free hand and can be put back without any difficulty in comparison to the traditional key ring where you break and damage your nails and nerves. Another advantage consists in the maneuverability of the object arising from the dimensions thereof which are pleasant to the touch, the bit being inserted in a hard lock, the mechanism can be turned much more easily, advantage for older people or children for example.

1. Spring at the head of the keys: Fig. 1 and 2

This must have enough force at the end of its travel to introduce the bit into the lock.

2. Notched sheath: Fig. 4

In each sheath is housed a spring corresponding to each of the keys. The notch consists in the variable length of the keys which can be introduced into the key box.

3. Stop spring: Fig. 4

Spring located in each compartment provided for a key. It is housed in one of the notches of the sheath and has the effect of retaining the pressure exerted by the spring located inside the notched sheath. The stop springs and the notches are located in each compartment where there is a key, are located on one side in the first compartment and on the opposite side in the next compartment, see Fig. 4.

By actuating this button, the stop spring of the sheath of the sheath is released, which causes the key to exit. The trigger buttons are located once on one side and the other time on the opposite side of the key box; this allows better use and identification of trigger buttons

It is located on one of the "GRAUDES" outside faces of the key-ring and it allows to maintain in close contact, to save space, the keys not being able to enter the key box.

8. Chain attached to the key ring:

The chain can among other things be of different material: twine, leather strap, nylon thread, precious metal, iron or steel, etc ... is used to establish contact between the key box and its contents and the pocket. bit, this to avoid loss of keys; there will always be a link, for example, between the ignition key linked by this chain or key ring. The attachment of the chain to the key ring is according to an already existing mechanism, see Fig. 7.
