Description
The invention relates to a cutting device for longitudinally cutting flat, sheet-like materials, in particular foils, wherein a shear plate seated on a holder is arranged above and a shear plate seated on a holder is arranged below the material to be cut, and wherein the cutting edges of the shear plate aligned parallel to one another are arranged in one another Touch the cutting area under pre-tension.
A cutting device of the type mentioned is known from DE-A-2 633 340. This cutting device works with circular knives. Special measures for adjusting the axial contact force are provided here. Nevertheless, there is a great deal of wear on the cutting edges of the cutting tools due to the mutual movement of these machine parts and under the influence of the cutting pressure.
The object of the invention is the least possible wear, the greatest possible safety against accidents, the shortest possible changeover time and an exact cut on a cutting device of the type mentioned.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that at least one holder is arranged pivotably on a shaft and that the cutting edge of the pivotably arranged shear plate is aligned eccentrically to the axis of the shaft.
The invention differs from the prior art in that a scissor cut produces essentially fixed shear plates. The shear plates do not slide against one another, so that the wear of the shear plates is largely reduced. Since the shear plates are fixed, an exact and straight cut results. The eccentric arrangement of the pivotably arranged shear plates enables the cutting point to be shifted and the wear of the shear plates to be reduced and evened out. The pivoting of the holder of the one shear plate facilitates the insertion of the material web.
In a further development of the invention, the cutting effect is improved in that the cutting edge of the pivotably arranged shear plate has a wedge angle of 70-90 °.
So that the pivotable shear plate cuts securely into the material web when it is pivoted in, it is provided that at least the pivotably arranged shear plate has a bevel on one cutting edge.
A displacement of the cutting point over a large area of the fixed shear plate is ensured in that the holder can be driven back and forth on the shaft at a low rotational speed.
- Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt zu Fig. 1,
- Fig. 3 eine Stirnansicht eines schwenkbar Scherplättchens,
- Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht zu Fig. 3 und
- Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 4.
- 1 shows a section through the cutting device parallel to the web guide,
- 2 shows a cross section to FIG. 1,
- 3 is an end view of a pivotable shear plate,
- Fig. 4 is a side view of Fig. 3 and
- 5 is a top view of FIG. 4.
At least one
Both brackets are axial together, d. H. Slidable perpendicular to the direction of the material web to be cut in order to be able to vary the web width. The axial adjustment of the shear plates can preferably take place with the aid of a nut driven by threaded spindles, the nut and the cutting device having adjustable stops which enable the shear plates to be taken along and displaced. The threaded spindle, which is required for the adjustment, can be provided with a counting device which enables an exact position specification of the spindle nut and thus of the cutting plate which it adjusts.
To cut a flat web of material, the
The cutting of flat, sheet-like materials such as tissue, paper, foils, film or their combinations is characterized in that the web to be cut is guided over two
The cutting edge of the lower shear plate is arranged eccentrically to the axis of the
The device according to the invention makes it possible not to produce the cutting tips from conventional materials, but also to use hard metals or ceramics, as a result of which much less wear is possible.
