Claims (2)

1. Instrument pour écrire qui comprend une recharge (2) pouvant coulisser axialement dans un cylindre extérieur (1) entre une position rétractée et une position avancée ou saillante; une came composée rotative (3) qui est placée au voisinage de l'extrémité arrière de la recharge (2) et qui comporte une barrette (8) destinée à déplacer la recharge (2) entre ses positions rétractées et avancées; un ressort (4) qui sollicite la recharge (2) en arrière vers la position rétractée; une masselotte (10) pouvant coulisser à l'intérieur du cylindre extérieur (10) au voisinage de la barrette de came (8), la disposition étant telle que quand on secoue le cylidre (1) avec une force supérieure à une limite donnée, la recharge (2) s'abaisse à l'encontre de la force du ressort (4)) et la came composée (3) est actionnée de façon à rétracter ou à faire avancer la recharge (2), et un piston d'actionnement (9) se dressant sur l'arrière du cylindre extérieur (1) qui permet d'actionner manuellement la barrette de came (8), ce qui fait que la recharge (2) piston peut être soit sortie, soit rétractée en actionnant le piston (9) à la main, caractérise en ce que la masselotte (10) est creuse et est disposée librement entre la barrette de came (8) et le piston (9), et est retenue entre le piston (9) et ladite barrette de came (8), autour de la tige reliant ledit piston et ladite barrette.
2. Instrument graphique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, lorsqu'on actionne la came rotative (3) en le secouant afin de faire sortir et rentrer la recharge (2), les relations suivantes:
1. (B1+B2+B3+B4) + D < A < (B↑+B2+B3+B4) + C, ou
2. (Bi+B2+B3+B4) + D < A < (B,+B2) + C, ou
3. (B1+B2+B3+B4) + D < A < (B1+B2) + C, ou
4. (B1+B2+B3+B4) + D < A < B, + C, ou
5. (B1+B2+B3+B4) + D < A < C

sont valables en ce qui concerne les différentes forces énumérées ci-dessous:
1. la force de solicitation arrière à exercer par le ressort (4) sur la recharche (2);
2. le poids (B1) de la recharge, le poids (B2) du rotor (6), le poids (B3) de la barrette de came (8) et le poids (B4) du têton (9);
3. la force d'inertie avant C par rapport au poids (B1+B2+B3+B4) obtenue en secouant avec une force supérieure à la force voulue, et
4. la force d'inertie avant D par rapport au poids (B1+B2+B3+B4) obtenue en secouant avec une force inférieure au niveau voulu.
