Method according to claim 4, characterized in that the crown cores having undergone the preparations according to claim 4 are introduced and positioned in a mold inside which is injected at low pressure and at high temperature liquid silicone which catalyzes and transforms into an elastic elastomer; the chemical conjunction between the core of the crown (3) and the body of the catalyzed silicone crown (1-la) being obtained during molding by mixing PRIMER 1 and 2 with the silicone and the metallic core, forming thus a molecular union; the external metallic coating (4) of the crown also undergoing the same preparation treatment coming mechanically introduced onto the silicone crown; the chemical conjunction between the metallic coating (4) and the body of the catalyzed silicone crown (la) being obtained at low pressure and at high temperature by mixing PRIMER 1 and 2 with the silicone and the exterior metallic coating which thus forms a molecular union.
