Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Festlegelement zum kraftschlüssigen Befestigen von zum An- oder Ausbau dienenden Zusätzen an Baukörpern, insbesondere solche mit einem Bauteilsatz erstellten eingeschossigen Baukörper.The invention relates to a fixing element for the non-positive fastening of additives used for attachment or removal to structures, in particular those single-storey structures created with a set of components.
Vielfach werden an Garagen oder anderen, vorzugsweise eingeschossigen Baukörpern An-oder Ausbauten vorgenommen, beispielsweise Schuppen, Rankgitter für Pflanzen oder im Inneren Regale, Ablagen oder dergleichen angebracht. Bei all diesen Maßnahmen ist es erforderlich, Löcher in den Baukörper zu bohren und die Teile mittels Schrauben und Dübeln an dem Baukörper kraftschlüssig festzulegen, was nicht nur aufwendig ist, sondern selbst nur geringfügige Änderungen praktisch nicht ohne denselben Arbeitsaufwand wie bei der Erstanbringung züläßt.In many cases, additions or extensions are made to garages or other, preferably single-storey structures, for example sheds, trellis for plants or shelves, shelves or the like attached to the inside. Mit dem Festlegelement kann der sichere und einfache Anschluß von Anbauten wie Gewächshaus, Pergola, Dachelemente, Dachgeländer, Außentreppen, Rankgitter etc. vorgenommen werden. Das Festlegelement läßt sich auch als gesondertes Bauteil nachträglich an schon vorhandenen Baukörpern wie Garagen oder dergleichen Vorzugsweise an der oberen Kante jeder Seite des Baukörpers-umlaufend-anbringen. Diese als winkelförmige Profile aus Metall oder Kunststoff ausgebildeten Gesimseelemente schließen den Baukörper am oberen Außenrand ab und bilden mit der als horizontal verlaufende Nut erscheinenden Vertiefung einen ästhetisch ansprechenden, gegliederten oberen Abschluß des Baukörpers. Die in dieser Vertiefung angebrachte Befestigungsschiene ist hierdurch verdeckt und gegen Witterungseinflüsse geschützt angebracht. An diesen Befestigungsschienen können dann beispielsweise ein den Baukörper überdeckendes Satteldach, aber auch Pflanzgerüste, Pergolen, die Rahmenkonstruktion eines Gewächshauses oder dergleichen befestigt werden. Wird das Festlegelement in der Innenseite des Baukörpers angebracht, so können daran unverrückbar Regale, Werkbänke, Lichtelemente, abgehängte Zwischendecken oder dergleichen Ein- und Anbauten angebracht werden.With the fixing element, attachments such as greenhouses, pergolas, roof elements, roof railings, external stairs, trellises etc. can be connected safely and easily. Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigt :

Das Festlegelement ist im Querschnitt winkelförmig mit einem oberen Schenkel 18 sowie sich einem hieran rechtwinklig anschließenden unteren Schenkel 19 versehen. Der obere Schenkel 18 dient zur Auflage auf der Oberseite 20 der oberen Außenseite 17 des Baukörpers 10. Der untere Schenkel 19 ist mit einem vertieften Bereich 21 versehen, in dem zwei an sich bekannte Halfenschienen 22, 23 unterschiedlich großen Querschnitts angeordnet werden können. Der untere Schenkel 19 weist zwei rechtwinklige Abbiegungen 24, 25 - in gleicher Richtung - auf den Baukörper 10 zu auf, von denen die Abbiegung 25 als Auflage für die Außenseite 26 des Baukörpers 10 dient. Ferner ist zwischen dem oberen Schenkel 18 und dem unteren Schenkel 19 ein Winkel 27, beispielsweise durch Schweissen festgelegt, dessen einer Winkelschenkel 28 ebenfalls als Widerlager für die Außenseite 26 des Baukörpers 10 dient.The fixing element is angularly provided in cross section with an
