Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß der Schwinghebel zwischen seinen Gelenkachsen und jeweils im Abstand von diesen mit Anschlägen versehen ist, von denen der dem Nocken zugewandte Anschlag die Verschiebung des Gleit-oder Rollkörpers in dem Schwinghebel vor dessen Montage in einem derartigen Abstand vor der Gelenkachse begrenzt, daß er nach der Montage durch den Nocken von diesem Anschlag abgehoben ist, und daß zwischen dem anderen Anschlag und der Rückseite des Gleit- oder Rollkörpers die Druckfeder eingespannt ist. Das erfindungsgemäße Weitwinkelscharnier läßt sich unabhängig davon, ob es mit einer Schließvorrichtung ausgestattet werden soll oder nicht, soweit in einheitlichen Montagevorrichtungen und -vorgängen vorfertigen, daß zur Komplettierung nur noch mittels zweier Gelenkbolzen der Schwinghebel montiert zu werden braucht. Im Hinblick auf den der Komplettierung dienenden Montagevorgang ist es unerheblich, ob der Schwinghebel den Gleit- oder Rollkörper mit Schließfeder enthält oder nicht. Denn sollen Weitwinkelscharniere mit Schließvorrichtungen hergestellt werden, enthalten die Schwinghebel die bereits vormontierten Gleit- oder Rollkörper mit Druckfedern, ohne daß diese den Endmontagevorgang gegenüber einer Montage von Schwinghebeln ohne Schließvorrichtungen ändern werden. Die erfindungsgemäßen Weitwinkelscharniere lassen sich somit unabhängig davon, ob diese mi Schließvorrichtungen versehen werden sollen oder nicht, bis auf die Montage eines Schwinghebels vormontieren. Je nach dem, wie es der einzelne Auftrag erfordert, werden bei der Endmontage Schwinghebel mit oder ohne Schließvorrichtungen eingebaut.
