Abstract

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein plattenförmiges Klischee mit auf der Oberseite angeordnetem Druckbild für den Einsatz in einem Klischeehalter einer Tampondruckmaschine.The invention relates to a plate-shaped plate with a printed image arranged on the top for use in a plate holder of a pad printing machine.

Auf den auswechselbaren Klischee-Einsätzen werden die sich ändernden Teildruckbilder aufgebracht, während das Klischee außerhalb der Aufnahmen die unverändert bleibenden Teile des Druckbildes trägt, Wird z.B. beim Druck eines Typenschildes lediglich ein wert verändert, dann kann dies mittels auswechselbarer Klischee-Einsätze erreicht werden. Dazu dient stets ein unverändertes Klischee mit einer entsprechenden Aufnahme für diese Klischee-Einsätze als Grundelement. Auf die Herstellung verschiedener, sich nur geringfügig unterscheidender Klischees kann daher bei entsprechender Kostenreduzierung verzichtet werden. Dabei kann ein Klischee auch mehr als eine Aufnahme aufweisen, wenn sich mehrere Teilbereiche des Druckbildes verändern.

Stellt man eine der Anzahl der unterschiedlichen Typenschilder entsprechende Anzahl von Klischee-Einsätzen mit den abweichenden Teildruckbildern bereit, dann kann das Klischee 10 für alle Typenschilder verwendet werden.
