Description

The invention relates to a winding device for the predetermined length of a windable material such as cables, hoses and the like, consisting of a winding drum rotatable on a central plug-in axis, feet and a handle.

Such winding devices are well known. They are used, for example, to wrap electrical cables, water hoses and similar items to be wound. They consist of a frame assembled from tubes, in the center of which the winding drum is held. The pipes required for the construction of the support frame are made of metal and welded together at the connection points. The winding drum itself for the material to be wound is either permanently connected to the holding frame, the central axis on which the winding drum runs is connected to the tubular frame by welding. However, screw connections are also known in which the winding drum is screwed into the frame and can be removed from the frame by loosening the retaining screws. The known winding devices are usually constructed in such a way that connection devices for a medium, e.g. Water, electricity, are laid. The winding material, e.g. the cable or the water hose.

The known winding devices are complex to manufacture and, in the case of permanent connections, cannot be repaired. In the case of detachable connections, for example the winding drum from the holding frame, the solution is complex and labor-intensive with the disadvantageous cost consequence. > he uses the invention, which has set itself the task of providing a detachable winding device in the individual parts, the solution of the individual parts from each other is problem-free and moreover the outlined disadvantages of the known prior art are avoided.

According to the invention it is proposed that the central thru axle has flexible latching tongues at its one free end with outwardly directed latching hooks for engaging behind the central push-through opening of the winding drum, and that at the opposite end of the central thru axle at an angle of 90 ° to the axial direction there is a flat holding flange is integrally formed, which carries on its eye surface facing away from the central plug-in axis a multiplicity of guide and latching elements into which assigned sliding surfaces and latching elements of the feet and the handle can be fixed on the retaining flange. The guide elements on the outer surface of the holding flange are advantageously formed from L-shaped holders, which are arranged with their lateral webs and the free L-legs at a distance from one another which corresponds to the width of the sliding surfaces of the feet and the holding handle, and that the lateral Apply webs at a distance from the outer surface of the holding flange that corresponds to the thickness of the sliding surfaces of the feet and the handle. Advantageously, the guide elements are molded in pairs with free L-legs directed towards one another on the outer surface of the holding flange.

Furthermore, it appears advantageous that the guide tracks laterally delimited by the guide elements correspond approximately to the length of the sliding surfaces of the feet and the handle, and that the guide tracks are delimited on the head side by at least one L-shaped holder, which serves as a stop element with its lateral web and the end faces the sliding surfaces of the feet and the handle overlap with its free L-leg. It is also advantageous that the guideways delimited laterally and at the top by the L-shaped holders each have an elongated, central, approximately the same length as the guideways, which are bridged at defined points by bridge webs. In the sliding surfaces of the feet and the handle, openings are inserted with flexible catches that project above the level of the sliding surface, which, when inserted, engage behind the bridge webs of the groove recesses in the guide rails, the catches being chamfered against the direction of insertion of the sliding surfaces into the guide tracks.

It is also expedient that the guide tracks of the feet run at an angle of 34 ° in mirror image to the central axis and the guide track for the handle is arranged in the opposite direction on the central ash. The feet and the handle expediently have the same figuration and the winding drum with the central thru axle, the holding flange and the feet and the handle are molded from plastic overall.

With the winding device according to the invention the advantage is achieved that a fully lockable unit is formed. All mechanical connecting means such as screws, rivets, etc. are missing. The individual elements of the winding device according to the invention are molded entirely of plastic, which means that considerable weight savings can be achieved compared to the known prior art. The individual elements can also be easily removed from one another again by releasing the latching connection, so that an exchange in the event of damage etc. can be carried out in a simple manner. Limited storage is possible due to the same figuration of the feet and the handles. There is through it no more confusion when assembling. The main advantage of the connection, however, is seen in the simple latching principle with which the individual components of the winding device are releasably fixed to one another and to one another.

In the drawing, an embodiment of the winding device according to the invention is shown schematically. The isometric representation shows the central thru-axle 1 with the flexible latching tongues 12 at its free end 11. The central thru-axle 1 has a length which corresponds to the length of the push-through opening 21 of the winding drum 2. The outwardly directed latching hooks of the latching tongues 12 engage in the central through-opening 21 of the winding drum 2 and push back in the process. At the end of the push-through process, the latching tongues 12 of the remaining hooks snap behind the winding drum 2 and fix them rotatably on the thru axle 1. At the opposite end of the central Steckachae 1, the flat retaining flange 3 is formed at an angle of 90 ° to the axial direction.

On its outer surface 31 facing away from the central thru axle 1, this holding flange 3 carries a multiplicity of guiding and latching elements, the guiding elements 32 consisting of L-shaped holding devices which are spaced A apart from one another with their lateral webs 321 and the free L-legs 322 are arranged. The distance A corresponds to the width B of the sliding surfaces 41, 51 of the feet 4 and the handle 5. The free L-legs 322 protrude at a distance A 1 from the outer surface 31 of the holding flange 3, which corresponds to the thickness D of the sliding surfaces 41, 51 corresponds to the stand 4 and the handle 5.

A large number of such guide elements 32 with the lateral webs 321 and the free L-legs 322 are formed on the outer surface 31 of the holding flange 3. This plurality of guide elements 32, in their arrangement facing each other in pairs, form the guide tracks 33, 34, into which the sliding surfaces 41, 51 of the feet 4 and the handle 5 engage. The guideways 33, 34 correspond approximately to the length of the sliding surfaces 41, 51. The guideways 33, 34 are each formed by at least two pairs of the guide elements 32 directed towards one another and are delimited at the head end by at least one stop element which has an L formed in the same way as the guide element 32 -shaped holder 35 with lateral web 351 and free L-leg 352 can be. However, there can also be simple elevations 36 which protrude from the outer surface 31 of the holding flange 3 and which serve as stoppers for the insertion movement when the sliding surfaces 41, 51 are inserted into the guide tracks 33, 34.

The guideways 33, 34 each have an elongated, central groove recess 331, 341 approximately corresponding to their length, which in turn is bridged at defined points by bridge webs 332, 342. These groove recesses 331, 341 serve to accommodate flexible catches 43, 53, which are embedded in the sliding surfaces 41, 51 of the stand 4 and the handle 5. These catches 43, 53 have a bevel 431, 531 directed against the insertion direction of the sliding surfaces 41, 51 into the guide tracks 33, 34.

Die Führungsbahn 34 für den Haltegriff 5 verlauft also in einem Anstellwinkel von 146° zu den jeweiligen Führungsbahnen 33 der Standfüße 4.The guide tracks 33 of the feet 4 extend from the central axis at an angle of 34 °, so that the setting angle z between the two guide bars 33 of the feet 4 runs at 68 °. The guide track 34 for the handle runs in the opposite direction to that of the feet 4, the guide track 34 being arranged on the central axis. The guide track 34 for the handle 5 thus extends at an angle of attack of 146 ° to the respective guide tracks 33 of the feet 4.

The stand 4 and the handle 5 are identical in shape. This applies to the width B, the thickness D and the length L of the sliding surfaces 41, 51 as well as to the length of the legs 44 or the handle support 54 and the length of the support legs or the handle 55. In the support legs 45 and Grip 55, ribbing 46, 56 are introduced in the same direction.

The partial section on the handle shows the notches 53, which engage behind the bridge webs 342 of the groove recesses 341 in the guideway 34 in the inserted state. The notches 53 shown have the bevel 531 directed in the direction of insertion of the sliding surface 51 into the associated guideway 34. The same applies to the notches 43 in the sliding surfaces 41, not shown in the drawing, which in turn are inserted into the guideways 33 and likewise have bevels 431, the notches 43 engaging behind the bridge webs 332 of the groove recesses 331 in the guideways 33 in the inserted state.

The assembly of the winding device according to the invention is briefly described as follows: The winding drum 2 is plugged with the central push-through opening 21 onto the central plug-in axis with the locking tongues 12 formed on its free end 11. The end of the push-on operation takes place when the winding drum 2 with the winding disk 22 abuts the inner surface of the holding flange 3, which is not shown. This is the moment at which the outwardly directed latching hooks of the flexible latching tongues 12 overlap the central through opening 21 of the winding drum 2 at its rear end. The wobble drum 2 is thus rotatably fixed on the central thru axle 1.

Inserting the feet 4 and Grab handle 5 is described using the example of grab handle 5. This is possible because the feet 4 and the support 5 are identical from the outside and consequently the guideways 33, 34 formed by the guide elements 32 are of the same design. The sliding surface 51 is first placed on the outer surface 31 of the holding flange 3 in the direction of the guide track 34. Then the sliding surface 51 is displaced so far that the end face 52 arrives in front of the first guide elements 32 directed in pairs. The sliding surface 51 is then pushed towards one another under the free L-legs 332 of the front guide elements 32. As the insertion process progresses, the flexible latching tongues of the latches 53 are pressed upward and, one after the other, latch into the groove recesses 341 after the bridge webs 342 have been pushed over. The insertion process is ended when the end face 52 of the sliding surface 51 strikes the stop element 36. The front catch 53 on the sliding surface 51 engages behind the front bridge web 342, which spans the groove recess 341 in the corresponding vicinity of the stop element 36. The rear catch 53 is likewise engaged behind the bridge web 342, which spans the groove recess 341 in the region of the front guide elements 32. The handle 5 is fixed on the holding flange 3 at this moment. It can be released from the tight fit by pressing the detents 53 out of their detent seat by appropriate manipulation from the inner surface of the holding flange 3 out of their detent seat and simultaneously pulling the holder handle 5 outwards against the direction of insertion.

The insertion and the mounting of the feet 4 with their sliding surfaces 41 into the associated guideways 33 takes place in the same catfish as described for the handle 5.
