Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Messerleiste nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs, also auf Bauteile in der industriellen Elektronik, bei deren Herstellung Lötarbeiten mehr und mehr durch die weitaus vorteilhaftere Einpreßtechnik ersetzt werden.The invention relates to a male connector according to the preamble of the claim, that is, to components in industrial electronics, in the manufacture of which soldering work is increasingly being replaced by the far more advantageous press-in technology.
Diese Technik ist beispielsweise bereits aus der US-A- 4 125 935 bekannt, wobei bei einer speziellen dort gezeigten Ausführung auf eine Leiterplatte hin abgebogene, aus einem Isoliergehäuse ragende Kontaktstifte in dem einteiligen Gehäuse befestigt sind. Das Einpressen der Kontaktstifte in die Leiterplatte erfolgt dabei durch ein spezielles Werkzeug, das auf der Obeseite des Gehäuses und auf den Oberseiten der aus dem Gehäuse ragenden Kontaktstifte aufliegt. Eine solche Ausgestaltung führt jedoch sehr häufig zu Fehlsteckungen bzw. Beschädigungen durch Verbiegen der Kontaktstifte bei der Montage, weil hier das Einpressen durch Druck auf die Oberseiten der Abwinkelungen erfolgt, also weit entfernt von der eigentlichen EinpreßsteIle an der Leiterplatte und die langen, relativ dünnen Kontaktstifte somit im Zwischenbereich überhaupt keine seitliche Führung erhalten.This technique is already known, for example, from US-A-4 125 935, wherein in a special embodiment shown there bent contact pins protruding from an insulating housing are fastened in the one-piece housing. Eine weiterhin aus der US-A- 4 045 868 bekannte Ausführung zeigt bei einer Federleiste u.a. ein abnehmbares Gehäuseteil, das zugleich als Isoliergehäuseteil und Einpreßwerkzeug dienen kann. Abgesehen davon, daß es sich hier um keine auf die Leiterplatte hin abgewinkelten Kontaktstifte handelt, wird auch bei dieser Ausführung der Einpreßdruck auf die Einpreßzone der Stiftenden von der Stiftoberseite her aufgebracht, ohne daß eine ausreichende seitliche Führung der Stifte bis zur Einpreßzone hin vorgesehen ist. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, an Steckverbindern der eingangs beschriebenen Art geeignete bauliche Maßnahmen vorzusehen, um auch hierdie moderne sowie technisch fortschrittliche Einpreßtechnik einfach und erfolgreich anwenden zu können, ohne daß die zuvor beschriebenen Mängel bei der Montage auftreten können.The object of the present invention is therefore to provide suitable structural measures on plug connectors of the type described at the outset in order to be able to use the modern and technically advanced press-in technology here simply and successfully, without the above-described defects occurring during assembly.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe dabei durch die im einzigen Patentanspruch definierte Messerleiste, deren besonderer Vorteil in dem als ständige Führung dienenden Formschluß zwischen den beidseits schrägen bzw. geneigt verlaufenden Auflagepartien der Stege sowie Oberseiten der schulterartigen Anschläge zu sehen ist, denn nur dadurch wird die aufgabengemäße, exakte Zentrierung sowie Führung der freien Enden der äußerst empfindlichen, dünnen Kontaktpfosten auf die Lochmitten hin während des gesamten Steck- und Einpreßvorgangs erzielt und Fehlsteckungen durch verbogene Pfosten und damit Ausschuß sicher vermieden.This problem is solved by the knife bar defined in the single patent claim, the particular advantage of which can be seen in the form-fit connection which serves as a constant guide between the obliquely or inclined support portions of the webs and the upper sides of the shoulder-like stops, because only in this way the task-oriented, exact centering and guiding of the free ends of the extremely sensitive, thin contact posts towards the center of the holes during the entire plug-in and press-in process and misplacement through bent posts and thus rejects are reliably avoided.
