Abstract

A small autoclave for bonding composite lenses compris­ ing a cylindrical pressure vessel (12) adapted to contain therein a lens tray for holding optical lenses aligned horizon­ tally in a vertical array, and a method for bonding the compo­ site lenses with the use of the autoclave are disclosed.
