Claims (15)

1. Einrichtung zur Behandlung von Rückenleiden, bestehend aus Mitteln (10) zur Aufnahme des Patienten in horizontaler, liegender Position, ersten Zugerzeugungsmitteln (12), die um den Beckenbereich des Patienten legbar sind, zweiten Zugerzeugungsmittlen (14), die um den Brustbereich des Patienten legbar sind, Zugmitteln (131, 131'; 182, 182'; 111, 111'; 30), die ausgewählt mit dem ersten und dem zweiten Zugerzeugungsmittel (12, 14) verbindbar sind, Schlitten (11) zur Aufnahme des Becken oder des Brustbereiches des Patienten, die leicht relativ zu der Patientenaufnahme (10) bewegbar sind, eine bewegbar angeordnete und vertikal einstellbare Hüftauflage (15), die auf der Aufnahme (10) für den Patienten angeordnet ist und Antriebsmitteln (141, 142, 143, 145) zur Betätigung der Zugmittel und des leicht bewegbaren Schlittens ensprechend einem ausgewählten Bedienungsprogram, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung eine Bewegungssteuerprogrammeinheit (18) aufweist zur Steuerung der Antriebsmittel (141, 142, 143, 145) zur Auslösung und zur Steuerung einer ausgewählten Bewegungsfrequenz in Abstimmung mit dem Programm darin, daß die Steuereinheit (18) ein Bewegungssequenzauswahl Paneel (19) aufweisen mit Mitteln (201) zur Auswahl der translatorischen, Rotations- und Schwenkbewegung des Schlittens (11), zum Festlegen der Grenzen dieser Bewegung und zur Begrenzung der vertikalen Bewegung der Hüftaufnahme (15), daß ferner ein Steuerpaneel (20) vorgesehen ist, das mit dem Auswahlpaneel (19) gekoppelt ist und das Steuermittel (21) aufweist zur Steuerung der Sequenz der mittels des Auswahlpaneels (19) ausgewählten Bewegungen, wobei die Steuermittel (21) drei funktionelle Zustände aufweisen, einen ersten Zustand, der das Programm vorrückt, einen zweiten Zustand, der das Programm zurückführt und einen dritten Zustand, der die Ausführung des Programmes hält und daß die Steuereinheit ferner manuelle bedienbare und steuerbare Mittel (24) zur Registrierung und Aufzeichnung der Reaktionen und der Empfindungen des Patienten bei der Ausführung der Bewegungen des Programmes aufweist und daß schließlich manuell bedienbare und steuerbare Mittel (23) zum Halten aller Bewegungen der Einrichtung unabhängig von dem erreichten Programmierpunkt vorhanden sind.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinheit (18) einen Datenprozessor beinhaltet, der durch das Auswahlpaneel (19) auslösbar ist und daß in dieser in dem Steuerpaneel (20) Aufzeichnungsmittel (24) vorgesehen sind, die zur Aufzeichnung von Schmerzempfindungen während der Bewegungssequenzen dienen und die geeignet sind, das Programm entsprechend der Aufzeichnung dieser Empfindungen zu beeinflussen.

Einreichung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Steuereinheit (18) ein Speicher (25) vorgesehen ist, der durch die Aufzeichnungmittel (24) und am Ende jeder Bewegungssequenz aktivierbar ist, und zwar zur Speicherung einschlägiger Faktoren, wie der Position des leicht beweglichen Schlittens (11) und der Hüftaufnahme (15), des Zuges der Zugmittel (131, 131'; 182, 182', 111, 111'; 30) und des Druckes, der auf die Hüftaufnahme (15) ausgeübt wird.
4. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels des Datenprozessors ein Vergleich zwischen den von der anfänglichen Diagnose and den durch den Speicher (25) erhatlenen Faktoren und den Faktoren des Bewegunsprogrammes am Ende einer Behandlungsperiode möglich ist.

Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegbare und vertikal einstellbare Hüftaufnahme (15) mit dem leicht beweglichen Schlitten (11) verbunden ist, und zwar mittels einer mechanischen Kupplung (17; 26-28), die bewirkt, daß die Hüftaufnahme (15) eine Position einnehmen kann, die der natürlichen Position des Hüftbereiches des Patienten entspricht, wenn der Schlitten (11) eine translatorische oder horizontale Schwenkbewegung ausführt.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanische Kupplung eine Buchse (27), die fest mit dem Schlitten (11) verbunden ist, aufweist, eine Stange (26), die an der Hüftaufnahme (15) befestigt ist und die mit einem Ende gleitend in der Buchse aufgenommen ist und daß eine Schwenkgabel (28) an der Hüftaufnahme (15) angeordnet ist, die mit dem anderen Ende der Stange (26) zusammenwirkt.
7. Einstellung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ferner Führungsmittel (40) aufweist, die die Hüftaufnahme (15) in ihrere relativen Position zu der Aufnahme des Brustbereiches des Patienten halten, wenn der Schlitten eine Rotationsbewegung ausführt.
8. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsmittel (40) Rollen, Walzen oder dgl. an der Unterseite der Hüftaufnahme (15) aufweisen, die auf der Patientenaufnahme (10) abrollen.
9. Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die ersten und zweiten Zugerzeugungsmittel (12, 14) die Form von Riemen haben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugsteuermittel ein erstes Paar Riemenscheiben (112, 112') an wenigstens einem Ende der ersten und zweiten Zugerzeugungsmittel aufweisen, daß ein zweites Paar Riemenscheiben (132, 132') an dem bewegbaren Schlitten (11) befestigt ist und daß eine Seilanordnung mit wenigstens einem Seil (111, 11T) vorgeshen ist, die jede Riemenscheibe (112, 112') des ersten Riemenscheibenpaares mit der entsprechenden Riemenscheibe (132, 132') des zweiten Riemenscheibenpaares verbindet und daß wenigstens eines der Seile mit einem Ende mit den Zugmitteln (30) verbunden und das andere Ende fest entweder mit der Patientenaufnahme (10) oder dem ersten oder dem zweiten Zugerzeugungsmittel (12, 14) oder mit dem Seil selbst verbunden ist.

Einruchtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Riemenscheibenpaar (112, 112') auf einer starren Platte (113, 113') befestigt ist, die mit dem Gurt (12) verbunden ist und die such quer über die gesamte Breite dieses erstreckt und etwas über die Kante, die den Füßen des Patienten der Patientenaufnahmne (10) zugekehrt ist, zugewandt ist.
11. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Seil (111, 111') mit einem Ende um eine Führungsscheibe (200) geführt ist, die an den Zugmitteln (30) angeordnet ist und daß das andere Ende an einem Pfosten (101, 101') befestigt ist, der fest an der Patientenaufnahme angeordnet ist in geringer Entfernung von dem ersten Zugerzeuggungsmittel (12) in Richtung auf das Fußende der Patientenaufnahme (10).
12. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ende von dem wenigstens einen Seil (111, 111') direkt mit den Zugmitteln (30) verbunden ist und das andere Ende des Seiles mit einem Pfosten (101, 101') verbunden ist, der fest an der Patientenaufnahme (10) in geringem Abstand von den Zugerzeugungsmitteln (12) in Richtung auf das Fußende der Patientenaufnahme (10) angeordnet ist.
13. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßein Ende von dem wenigstens einen Seil (111, 111') mit den Zugmitteln (30) verbunden ist, wobei das andere Ende des Seils (111, 111') direkt mit der Platte (113, 113') verbunden ist und um eine weitere Riemenscheibe (102, 102') geführt ist, die an einem Pfosten (101, 101 befestigt ist, der fest mit der Patientenaufnahme (10), in einem geringen Abstand von den ersten Zugerzeugungsmitteln (12) in Richtung auf das Fußende der Patientenaufnahme (10) verbunden ist und das um eine Riemenscheibe in dem ersten Riemenscheibenpaar (112, 112') um eine Riemenscheibe im oberen zweiten Riemenscheibenpaar (132, 132'), das am Schlitten (11) nahe dem Pfosten (101, 101') angeordnet ist, gefürt ist.
14. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ende von dem wenigstens einen Seil (111, 111') um eine Führungsscheibe (200) an den Zugmitteln (30) geführt ist, die dort beweglich befestigt ist.
15. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ende von dem wenigstens einen Seil (111, 111') starr mit den Zugmitteln (30) verbunden ist.
