Abstract

The IC engine valve guide is a drilling with at least two separate guiding elements. These (7,8) are ceramic, permanently fixed to the drilling wall (6). Diese Führungsabschnitte können entweder direkt im Zylinderkopf oder aber in metallischen Einsätzen vorgesehen werden. Besteht der metallische Einsatz aus einer Bronzelegierung, so bildet sie in Verbindung mit den Keramik-Führungsabschnitten eine vorteilhafte Zweistoffausführung mit besonders guten Gleiteigenschaften. Die Keramik-Führungsabschnitte können durch Beschichten der Ventilführungsbohrungen, z.
