Abstract

Es wird ein Wohngebäude, insbesondere in Holzskelett­ bauweise mit rechtwinklig zueinander angeordneten Wän­ den, welche auf einem quadratischen Raster mit der Raster­ weite A angeordnet sind beschrieben, welches die nach­ folgenden Merkmale aufweist:
a) es ist eine im Grundriß quadratische Zelle (1) mit der Seitenlänge 2A vorgesehen;
b) das Wohngebäude weist im GrunDriß drei zueinan­ der parallele, außerhalb der Zelle (1) verlaufende Achsen (6, 7, 8) auf, von denen zweie (6, 7) mit zwei einander gegenüber­ liegenden Seiten (2, 3) der Zelle (1) zusammenfallen und von diesen wenigstens eine über die eine (4) der beiden übrigen, quer zur Achsrichtung verlaufenden Seiten (4, 5) der Zelle (1) hinaus verlängert ist, wohingegen die dritte Achse (8) von der Mitte der anderen quer zur Achsrichtung verlaufenden Seite (5) der Zelle (1) ausgeht;
c) auf den Achsen (6, 7, 8) sind wenigstens in einem Teil der Rasterschnittpunkte Stützen (13) angeordnet;
d) entlang von zweien der Achsen (6, 7, 8), von denen eine die von der Mitte einer Seite (5) der Zelle (1) ausgehende Achse (8) ist, ist ein vertikaler Versatz in den Geschoßdecken vorgesehen.
