Abstract

Arranged in a trigger housing (1) are a detainable and pivotable release pull (20), a detainable and pivotable trigger pull (12) and a pivotable trigger lever (3). The trigger pull (12) rests with its free end on a support (14) designed as a roller. The advance travel can be adjusted by means of the set screws (6) and (21). The advance weight is the sum of the spring forces of a tension spring (7) and of two compression springs (10, 15) and can be adjusted by means of a set screw (9). In the pressure-point position, the angle alpha between the detent edge of the release pull (20) and the centre of rotation (8) of the release pull (20) and the centre of rotation (11) of the trigger pull (12) is approximately 90 DEG . After a further movement of the trigger grip (2) in the release direction (X), as a result of the return force of the tensioned compression spring (15) the uncoupled trigger pull (20) springs runs back against the set screw (21), thereby simulating the release of a shot. After the release of the shot, the trigger pull (12) slides back into the initial position by means of the return force of the compression spring (10). An unlimited number of trigger movements without additional loading or cocking operations is possible. The settings found during training can be transferred to live shooting. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a training deduction according to the preamble of independent claim 1.

A training trigger for competitive rapid firearms, which can be used like the normal trigger device in the handle, was known from DE-PS 1 453 941. This trigger has a toothed cock, which is set up for firing five marked shots after cocking.

The disadvantage of this training trigger is that a tensioning movement is required again after only five trigger movements. Another disadvantage is that the same trigger characteristic, such as the preferred path, the preferred weight, the pressure point position, the trigger weight and the trigger stop, cannot be set as with the normal trigger device.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a training trigger of the type mentioned at the outset which enables an unlimited number of trigger movements without loading or tensioning processes, and in which the trigger characteristic can be set as in the normal trigger device.

The object is achieved by a training deduction with the features of the characterizing part of independent claim 1. Further advantageous developments result from the dependent claims.

An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. Show it:
  • Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a training trigger in the pressure point position, and
  • Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section through a training trigger in the starting position.

Fig. 1 shows a training deduction in the pressure point position. A release pawl 20 pivotably arranged about a bolt 8 in a housing 1 is held in the tensioned position by a trigger pawl 12. The trigger pawl 12 is pivotable with a pin 11 with a trigger 3 ver bound, which is pivotable about a bolt 4, and to which a trigger 2 is attached. The trigger 2 is moved in the X direction to 'trigger'. On the preferred path, that is from the beginning of the trigger movement to the pressure point shown here, a compression spring 10 located in a sleeve 25 and adjustable by an adjusting screw by the pivoting movement of the trigger lever 3, a tension spring 7 connected to the housing 1 by the pivoting movement of the trigger pawl 12 and a compression spring 15 by the pivotal movement of the Auslö - seklinke 20 tensioned. In order to overcome the trigger weight, a compression spring 18 resting on the release pawl 20 with a pressure point pin 19 must also be tensioned. The preferred weight is accordingly determined by the compression springs 10 and 15 and the tension spring 7, while the withdrawal weight is additionally increased by the compression spring 18.

The trigger travel is limited by the adjusting screw 6 and the adjusting screw 5 (trigger stop), both of which can be changed in their screw-in depth, so that the trigger travel can be adjusted. The preferred path is adjustable by means of the adjusting screws 6 and 21, on which the trigger lever 3 and the release pawl 20 rest in the starting position (FIG. 2). The pressure point position can also be set by turning a pressure point adjusting screw 16. In the pressure point adjusting screw 16 is a position for the fine adjustment of the trigger weight screwed 17, with which the biasing force of the compression spring 18 is adjustable.

In the pressure point position, the overlap between the surface 24 of the trigger cam 22 and the latching surface 23 of the trigger cam 13 is only very small, so that when the trigger handle 2 is moved further in the triggering direction X while overcoming the trigger weight, this minimal overlap is eliminated. Now the release pawl 20 decoupled from the trigger pawl 12 snaps back to the stop of the set screw 21 due to the restoring force of the tensioned compression spring 15, thereby simulating the firing of the shot.

In the pressure point position, i.e. with a minimal coverage of the surface 24 and the locking surface 23, the angle α between the pin 11, the locking edge of the release cam 22 and the bolt 8 of the release pawl 20 is approximately 90 °. In this position, the surface 24 lies in the plane of the latching surface 23, which runs through the axis of the bolt 8 and the edge of the release cam 22. The triangle 27 shown illustrates this geometric fact.

After the shot marking and release of the trigger 2, the trigger pawl 12 slides by the restoring force of the Compression spring 10 back to the right so that it engages with the release pawl 20 again and the starting position shown in FIG. 2 is present. The trigger pawl 12 rests with the free end during the trigger movement and the return movement on a support 14 which is preferably designed as a roller.
