Abstract
Des emballages (2) reliés de préférence en une bande (1) en matériau thermoplastique soudable présentent deux parois opposées (5, 6) qui sont reliées à des parties de bord (10, 11) à proximité des ouvertures des emballages. Selon l'invention le matériau est chauffé jusqu'à une température de soudage dans des régions opposées en forme de ruban (12, 19) à proximité des ouvertures des emballages pendant qu'on enferme les deux régions entre 2 rubans presseurs. Le matériau dans les régions en forme de rubans est comprimé par les rubans presseurs, de manière à former une région soudée en forme de ruban (120) et à souder les emballages. Dans une zone centrale (121) à l'intérieur de la région soudée les rubans presseurs déplacent les matériaux, ce qui permet d'obtenir la séparation des parties de bord (10, 11) des emballages soudés.Packages (2) preferably connected in a strip (1) of weldable thermoplastic material have two opposite walls (5, 6) which are connected to edge portions (10, 11) near the openings of the packages. According to the invention the material is heated to a welding temperature in opposite regions in the form of a tape (12, 19) near the openings of the packages while the two regions are enclosed between 2 pressure ribbons. The material in the ribbon regions is compressed by the pressure bands to form a welded ribbon region (120) and to seal the packages. In a central zone (121) inside the welded region the pressure ribbons move the materials, which makes it possible to obtain the separation of the edge parts (10, 11) of the welded packages.
