Abstract
Dispositif de remplissage d'un râtelier de transport ou de stockage (1) du type pourvu de plusieurs niveaux de réception (2, 3, 4), disposés à des distances prédéterminées, un au-dessus de l'autre, une couche de produits emballés (10) étant placée sur un niveau à la fois à chaque temps donné. L'objet de la présente invention est d'assurer que les produits puissent être poussés sans à-coup sur le niveau de réception, même lorsque la position du niveau de réception dévie quelque peu de la position prévue et lorsqu'il y a des tolérances très réduites entre la hauteur du produit et l'écartement entre les niveaux de réception. Le dispositif de remplissage comprend une plate-forme de groupage se déplaçant verticalement (5), équipée d'un dispositif de levage permettant de lever et d'abaisser la plate-forme dans des positions prédéterminées et d'un dispositif poussoir (11) permettant de pousser une couche d'emballages disposée sur la plate-forme vers le niveau de réception correspondant (2) sur le râtelier de transport. La partie qui est levée est une partie de support (6), qui supporte la couche d'emballages et est pourvue d'un premier ensemble d'organes motorisés (8) pour le transfert de la partie de support (6) vers le niveau de réception (2) de manière à lui permettre de s'étendre au moins en partie au-delà du bord du niveau de réception. On prévoit en outre dans la plate-forme de groupage (5) un deuxième ensemble d'organes motorisés (18) permettant à la partie de support (6) d'effectuer un mouvement supplémentaire, le deuxième ensemble d'organes motorisés entrant en fonction après le fonctionnement du premier ensemble d'organes motorisés (8) et assurant l'abaissement de la partie de support sur le niveau de réception (2).Filling device for a transport or storage rack (1) of the type provided with several receiving levels (2, 3, 4), arranged at predetermined distances, one above the other, a layer of products packaged (10) being placed on one level at a time at each given time. There is also provided in the grouping platform (5) a second set of motorized members (18) allowing the support part (6) to perform an additional movement, the second set of motorized members coming into operation. after the operation of the first set of motorized members (8) and ensuring the lowering of the support part on the reception level (2).
