Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Erzeugen von Schaum (15) vorgeschlagen, bei der Wasser mit einem Schaumbildner (32), insbesondere Schampon, gemischt und dieser Flüssigkeitsmischung (12) Luft zugeführt wird. Die Flüssigkeitsmischung (12) aus Wasser und Schaumbildner (32) wird in einem mittels Schwimmerschalter (13) niveauge­ regelten Flüssigkeitsbehälter (10) aufgenommen und ver­ brauchsabhängig nachgeliefert. Bedarfsweise wird zum Auf­ schäumen in die Flüssigkeitsmischung (12) Luft unter Druck eingeleitet und dadurch im Flüssigkeitsbehälter (10) ober­ halb des Standes des Flüssigkeitsgemisches (12) Schaum (15) erzeugt. Das Wasser wird in einem eigenen Wasserzu­ fuhrweig (20) bei eingestelltem Druck und/oder Menge zugeführt. Gleichermaßen wird in einem eigenen Zufuhr­ zweig (30) der Schaumbildner (32) in dosierter Menge mittels Dosierpumpe (33) zugeführt und Wasser und Schaumbildner im Flüssigkeitsbehälter (10) oder vor Einführung gemischt. Vom Schwimmerschalter (13) wird in Abhängigkeit vom Flüssigkeitsstand (14) die Zufuhr von Wasser und Schaum­ bildner (32) geregelt. In einem eigenen Zufuhrzweig (40) wird Luft unter Druck dann, wenn produzierter Schaum (15) entnommen wird, in das Flüssigkeitsgemisch (12) im Flüssig­ keitsbehälter (10) eingeleitet und dieses unter Schaumbil­ dung aufgewirbelt.
