Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Webmaschine gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a weaving machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
A loom of the type mentioned is known from DE-PS 625 733. The regulator, i.e. the goods take-off device is stopped and the downshift transmission switches the shedding device and the control device, which are formed from the dobby and a card prism, back. Such a configuration of the device for picking weft is only suitable for slow-running weaving machines and nevertheless contains the risk that when the weaving machine is restarted, weaving points are visible in the web.
The object of the invention is to design a weaving machine of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that it is possible to search for a weft in a fast-running weaving machine without the risk of defects in the web.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. The control options and the response speed are significantly improved by the electronic design of the control device. The connection of the control device with the downshift transmission enables the automatic downshift transmission to be controlled exactly automatically, so that it can be automatically optimally adjusted to the respective shot search process. It is also possible, when switching back the goods take-off and possibly the chain lowering and / or when Switching back the web program to take into account adjustable correction factors. The electronic switching back of the weaving program when the shedding device runs forward has the further advantage that the shedding device can be designed according to optimal high-performance aspects that can prevent a return. Since the downshift transmission only has to influence the goods take-off device and, if applicable, the warp let-off device, it is located in the auxiliary drive of the weaving machine and can accordingly be made much simpler and lighter. Advantageous embodiments of the weaving machine are described in
In simple cases, it may be sufficient to drive the downshift transmission from the main drive via a clutch. As a result, a fixed drive speed can be superimposed on the fabric take-off device and, if appropriate, the warp let-off device during operation of the weaving machine, which enables the fabric and the warp threads produced to come to a standstill or to be returned. An embodiment according to claim 3 is advantageous, since this increases the flexibility and the possibility of using the downshift transmission. The downshift transmission can then be actuated, for example, parallel to the running weaving machine. This makes it possible, for example, to suspend the take-off of the goods and to relax the chain, as is necessary, for example, for changing the number of wefts per length of goods or retensioning the warp threads.
An embodiment of the weaving machine according to
An embodiment of the weaving machine according to claim 5 is particularly advantageous since it is then not necessary to uncouple the goods take-off device and, if appropriate, the warp let-off device from the main drive of the weaving machine. A particularly advantageous embodiment of such a superposition gear is described in
An embodiment of the weaving machine according to
It may be appropriate to design the weaving machine according to
The shedding device can be designed as a treading device, but it is preferably designed as a dobby according to claim 11.

The warp let-off
The
The
The
The weaving machine is equipped with the

Dieses Rückschaltgetriebe 10a kann nur bei laufendem Hauptantrieb 8 betätigt werden.FIG. 5 shows the weaving machine of FIG. 1, but the downshift transmission 10a is not driven by an auxiliary motor but by the
