Abstract

L'élément de concentration (3) est constitué par deux pièces métalliques (12, 13) électriquement isolées l'une de l'autre et du filament (2). Une polarisation indé­ pendante des deux pièces métalliques (12, 13) par rapport au filament (2) permet d'obtenir une déflexion du faisceau d'élec­ trons (F) par effet électrostatique.
