Abstract
L'invention concerne un tube à rayons X à balayage, dans lequel est réalisé une déflexion d'un faisceau d'électrons (F). The invention relates to a scanning X-ray tube, in which deflects an electron beam (F).
Le tube à rayons X (10) selon l'invention comporte notam ment un filament (2), un élément de concentration (3) adossé au filament (2) et une cible anodique (4); le filament (2) et l'élé ment de concentration (3) forment une cathode (C1) émettant le faisceau d'électrons (F). L'élément de concentration (3) est constitué par deux pièces métalliques (12, 13) électriquement isolées l'une de l'autre et du filament (2). Une polarisation indé pendante des deux pièces métalliques (12, 13) par rapport au filament (2) permet d'obtenir une déflexion du faisceau d'élec trons (F) par effet électrostatique. The X-ray tube (10) according to the invention notably includes a filament (2), an element of concentration (3) backed to the filament (2) and an anode target (4); the filament (2) and the element concentration concentrator (3) form a cathode (C1) emitting the electron beam (F). The focus (3) is consisting of two metallic parts (12, 13) electrically isolated from each other and from the filament (2). Indie polarization hanging from the two metal parts (12, 13) relative to the filament (2) allows deflection of the electric beam sections (F) by electrostatic effect.
L'invention est applicable notamment aux installations de radiologie numérique. The invention is applicable in particular to installations for digital radiology.
