Claims (3)

1. Flan en matériau en feuille, présentant un revêtement superficiel intégral en une matière thermoplastique qui devient adhésive lorsqu'elle est exposée à la chaleur, ledit flan pouvant être transformé, par pliage autour de lignes rainées et par scellement, en un récipient pour substances liquides, ledit flan (10) comprenant:
(a) quatre pans (18 à 24) de parois latérales, dont des paires sont de largeur égale,
(b) des pans (14) de fermeture inférieure qui sont reliés les uns aux autres et forment des prolongements des pans (18 à 24) de parois latérales, aux extrémités inférieures de.ces derniers, et
(c) un onglet (28) de jonction latérale, situé sur l'un (32) des bords du flan (10) et s'étendant sensiblement sur toute la hauteur de ce flan, ledit onglet de jonction latérale étant conçu pour être scellé à la marge du pan (24) de paroi latérale et du pan (14) de fermeture inférieure, situé à l'extrémité opposée du flan, pour produire un corps de récipient tubulaire (12) présentant une section rectangulaire,
(d) lesdits pans de fermeture inférieure comprenant:
- deux zones de pans (42, 44) repliables vers l'intérieur, sensiblement en forme de triangle équilatéral et dont chacune est reliée à l'une individuelle de deux zones (20, 24) de pans de parois latérales qui présentent la même largeur et sont opposées l'une à l'autre dans le corps tubulaire (12), deux paires de zones de pans triangulaires (46, 48; 50, 52) repliables vers l'arrière, dont chacune est associée à l'une individuelle des zones de pans (42, 44) repliables vers l'intérieur, les zones de pans repliables vers l'arrière, dans chaque paire, étant disposées de part et d'autre de la zone de pan associée (42, 44) repliable vers l'intérieur,
- et deux pans externes (54, 56) de fermeture inférieure, reliés chacun à l'un individuel des deux pans restants (18, 22) de parois latérales qui présentent la même largeur:
- l'un (56) desdits pans externes de fermeture inférieure possédant un hauteur suffisante pour chevaucher l'autre (54) après avoir été replié vers le bas, de manière à former un fermeture inférieure étanche aux liquides lors de scellement des pans (14) de fermeture inférieure,
- l'autre précité (54) des pans externes de fermeture inférieure étant muni d'une patte rabattable (60) qui s'étend vers les deux côtés de l'axe médian longitudinal commun (58) dudit autre pan (54) de fermeture inférieure et du pan de paroi latérale associé (18), ladite patte rabattable (60) possédant une largeur qui n'excède pas la moitié de la largeur dudit autre pan externe (54) de fermeture inférieure, et empêchant cette fermeture inférieure de présenter un bord rugueux exposé vers l'intérieur du récipient lorsque la patte rabattable est rabattue sur la face externe dudit autre pan (54) de fermeture inférieure, caractérisé par la fait que les bords extérieurs (64, 66) dudit autre pan externe (54) der fermeture inférieure, de part et d'autre de la patte rabattable (60), sont décalés du bord extérieur (68) de la patte rabattable (60), vers le pan de paroi latérale associé (18).
2. Flan selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les bords extérieurs (64, 66) dudit autre pan externe (54) der fermeture inférieure, de part et d'autre de la patte rabattable (60), sont alignés avec la ligne rainée (62) autour de laquelle la patte rabattable (60) est pliée.
3. Récipient formé à partir d'un flan selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
