Description

Derartige Kontaktanordnungen sind bekannt: DE-PS 1170040.The invention relates to a contact arrangement for step selectors of step transformers, as described in the preamble of the claim. Such contact arrangements are known: DE-PS 1170040.

A difficulty with such contact arrangements lies in the fact that when the contact bridges run onto a fixed contact rod, the two contact bridges must be pressed apart by overcoming the contact pressure springs before they engage around the fixed contact rod with their V-shaped indentation. This places considerable demands on the drive of the step selector and, of course, also leads to signs of wear.

Object of the invention is to improve the entrance Unspecified contact arrangement to get along particularly with lower driving forces and in order to keep the wear and tear 'minimum.

This object is achieved according to the invention by the means specified in the characterizing part of the patent claim.

The advantage achieved by the invention is, in particular, that a step selector equipped with the contact arrangement according to the invention is easier to operate than other step selectors, and consequently the wear can also be kept low, which increases the mechanical life.

  • Fig. 2 dieselbe Kontaktanordnung im geschalteten Zustand,
  • Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht der Kontaktanordnung, und
  • Fig. 5 die Kontaktgabe am Kontaktstab.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and will be described in more detail below. Show it:
  • 1 shows the contact arrangement at the moment of emergence on a fixed contact rod (without contact pressure springs),
  • 2 the same contact arrangement in the switched state,
  • 3 shows a cross section through the middle part of the two contact bridges which is not involved in making contact,
  • Fig. 4 is a side view of the contact arrangement, and
  • Fig. 5 shows the contact on the contact rod.

As can be seen from the figures, the contact arrangement essentially consists of a contact ring 1, two opposing contact bridges 2, 3 with associated contact pressure springs 4 and a plurality of fixed contact rods 5 arranged radially to the contact ring, of which only one is shown for the sake of clarity . The contact ring 1 is held in the usual way by a selector column, which also receives the electrical connecting lines, while the fixed step contacts, which are designed as contact rods 5, are seated in the usual way on a frame made of insulating rods which are arranged coaxially to the selector column. However, these matters are not shown in detail since they are not necessary for an understanding of the present invention.

7.The contact bridges 2, 3, which can be pivoted laterally in the direction of the arrow, are always in contact with the contact ring 1 with one end 21, 31 each. These ends 21, 31 are shaped such that the contact ring 1 is encompassed, two contact points 6 and 7 respectively forming on the contact ring as a result of additional impressions, which lie one behind the other with respect to the longitudinal axis of the contact bridge. The free ends 22, 32 of the two contact bridges 2, 3 rest on the contact rod 5 by means of V-shaped indentations in the switched state, two contact points 8 and 9 also being formed by corresponding impressions, which are opposite the contact points 6 and 7 am Contact ring 1 are offset by about 90 °. The free ends 22, 23 of the two contact bridges 2, 3 are then further provided with bent contact surfaces 10, 11 in order to enable better contact with the fixed contact rod 5. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 3, the middle part of each contact bridge 2, 3 which is not involved in making contact has a cross-section which is curved toward the other contact bridge, the two curved surfaces of both contact bridges 2, 3 lying against one another in the non-switched state and as a result of the stamped contact points 6 or 7 are in an unstable position so that they can be easily rolled over. This practically involves a tilting around the stamped contact points 6 and 7.

Fig. 5). If, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 1, the two contact bridges 2, 3 are brought into contact by pivoting laterally with the contact rod 5, the contact bridges 2, 3 run onto the contact rod 5, which is achieved by means of the two contact surfaces 10, 11 takes place, first rolling of the two curved surfaces lying against one another (FIG. 1), as a result of which the run-on opening for the contact rod 5 on the V-shaped indentation of the two contact bridges 2, 3 opens, without the two contact bridges being exposed to the clear width caused by the contact rod 5 is specified, must be pressed apart. As soon as the contact bridges 2, 3 have reached their central position with respect to the contact rod 5, self-adjustment takes place with the formation of two contact points 8 and 9 on the contact rod 5 (see FIG. 5). The mutual rolling of the two contact bridges 2, 3 against each other is facilitated here in that the two contact points 6 and 7 on the contact ring 1 are also formed as raised impressions, these impressions lying one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the contact bridge. The contact bridge 2, 3, which is made of flat material, is designed in such a way that it can easily be manufactured as an embossed part in one operation.
