Claims (11)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kohle-Wasser-Mischung, bei dem ein nicht-ionisches Polyalkylenoxid-oberflächenaktives Mittel mit einem hydrophoben Teil und einem hydrophilen Teil, wobei der hydrophile Teil aus wenigstens 100 Ethylenoxid-Einheiten aufgebaut ist, unter Rühren mit Wasser vermischt wird und feinteilige Kohle dazu unter weiterem Rühren zugemischt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
(i) das Abmischen des oberflächenaktiven Mittels mit Wasser unter Rührebedingungen mit niedriger Geschwindigkeit von 500 bis 1500 Upm durchgeführt wird;
(ii) das Abmischen der feinteiligen Kohle mit der in Stufe (i) erhaltenen Mischung unter Rührbedingungen unter mittlerer Geschwindigkeit von 1000 bis 3000 Upm durchgeführt wird; und
(iii) die erhaltene Kohle enthaltende Mischung aus Stufe (ii) unter Bedingungen mit hoher Rührgeschwindigkeit von 3000 bis 6000 Upm gerührt wird.
2. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem das Rühren mit mittlerer Geschwindigkeit in Stufe (ii) während einer ausreichenden Zeit durchgeführt wird, um die Kohleteilchen zu benetzen und das Rühren mit hoher Geschwindigkeit während einer ausreichenden Zeit durchgeführt wird, um die Kohle zu dispergieren.
3. Verfahren gemäss Ansprüch 1 oder 2, bei dem ein Anstischaummittel zu der Mischung während der Stufe (i) zugegeben wird.
4. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 3, bei dem das Antischaummittel aus einer Mischung aus mineralöl, Amid und Polyethylenglykololeatester aufgebaut ist.
5. Verfahren gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem die feinteilige Kohle in einer Menge von 45 bis 80% zugegeben wird; das Wasser in einer Menge von 19,9 bis 52% zugegeben wird und das nicht-ionische Polyalkylenoxid-oberflächenaktive Mittel ein einer Menge von 0,1 bis 3,0%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Mischung, zugegeben wird.
6. Verfahren gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem das nicht-ionische Polyalkylenoxid-oberflächenaktive Mittel eine Zusammensetzung der Formel:

umfasst, worin R ein substituiertes oder unsubstituiertes Alkyl mit 1 bis 18 kohlenstoffatomen, substituieres oder unsubstituiertes Aryl oder eine Aminogruppe ist und n eine ganze Zahl von wenigstens 100 ist, oder eine Zusammensetzung der Formel umfasst:

worin
R1 einen Alkylenrest mit 2 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeutet;
R2 einen Alkylenrest mit 3 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeutet;
a, b, c, d, e, f, g, und h ganze Zahlen sind und
e, f, g, und h zusammen wenigstens 100 ergeben; oder
eine Zusammensetzung der Formel:

umfasst, worin a, b und c ganze Zahlen sind und a und c zusammen wenigstens 100 ergeben.
7. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 6, bei dem
R, einen Alkylenrest mit 2 Kohlenstoffatomen und
R2 einen Alkylenrest mit 3 Kohlenstoffatomen und
R Nonyl bedeuten.
8. Verfahren gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, welches die weiteren Stufen einschliesst:
(iv) Einmischen eines Verdickungsmittels unter Rührbedingungen mit hoher Geschwindigkeit von 3000 bis 6000 Upm zu der Mischung, die in der Stufe (iii) erhalten wurde.
9. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 8, bei dem das Verdickungsmittel Xanthanharz, Guarharz, Zelluloseharz, Leim oder ein alkalilösliches Acrylpolymer ist.
10. Verfahren gemäss Ansprüchen 8 oder 9, welches die weitere Stufe einschliesst:
(v) Zumischen unter Rühren mit hoher Geschwindigkeit von 3000 bis 6000 Upm eines antibakteriziden Mittels von Salzen, Basen oder von Ammoniak oder von Mischungen davon zu der in Stufe (iv) erhaltenen Mischung.
