Abstract

1. A paper feed device for printing devices comprising a paper roller (2) which is moved together with the paper (5), where the paper (5) is moved over a printing line region by a driving device, and comprising a wedge-like paper feed channel (1) between the paper roller (2) and a resilient guide body, characterised in that the guide body constantly presses against the paper roller (2), and is formed by a spring foil (3) which meets the lower region of said paper roller at a region of the spring foil which is central in the machine direction, which spring foil is supported on the frame (4) of the printer device at both ends viewed in the machine direction, where the one end is secured to the frame (4), whereas the other end is supported on the frame (4) so as to freely rest thereon.
