Definitions
- the present invention relates to a new device for air conditioning premises, requiring little or no expensive energy input for its operation. It is known to use solar collectors for energy storage, in electric form by means of solar cells, in thermal form by means of hot water tanks, etc. Storage in electrical form comes up against various disadvantages, in particular a high cost for storage and subsequent use, as well as a low yield. Storage in thermal form has the major drawback of requiring large-volume installations and, in principle, only allowing heating. It is also known that air contains calories in the form of sensible heat and latent heat, and various methods of using calories from air have been proposed. It is also known to obtain energy storage by evaporation of a refrigerant fluid in a compressor.
- the present invention aims to combine the previous known devices so as to create a new reversible device allowing the air conditioning of premises practically without energy input, this new device essentially consisting of a reversible heat pump whose operation is associated with the 'Evaporation of a peddling fluid in an air / air exchanger receiving the calories from the air in the form of sensible heat and / or in the form of latent heat, and / or the solar gains by radiation.
- the subject of the invention is an energy saving device for the air conditioning of premises, characterized in that it comprises a solar collector having surface irregularities and traversed by a heat-spreading fluid, said fluid being sent to a compressor via a first fluid-to-water exchanger, an inverter and an accumulator, said compressor being connected to a fan coil via a second exchanger supplying a storage tank storage and said inverter, the output of said fan coil being connected to a regulator and a receiver via a third exchanger, said regulator being connected to said solar collector, the water from the primary exchanger of the storage tank being circulated by a linear accelerator in a closed circuit connecting the three exchangers and comprising an expansion tank.
- said solar collector is connected to said compressor via a modulating valve controlled by a probe in contact with said collector and an external probe.
- the device according to the invention comprises a solar collector 1 traversed by pipes 2 for transporting calorie-carrying fluid.
- the sensor 1 which directly receives the solar radiation, has irregularities in the surfaces constituted by fins 3 allowing an air-air exchange, in particular in the case of strong and medium winds, as well as the contribution of the latent calories from the air thanks to the large exchange surface thus formed.
- the hawker liquid passing through the pipes 2 undergoes evaporation by the contribution of the calories from the sensor 1, in the case of the refrigeration operating mode (summer).
- the pipes 2 are connected to a first hawker-water exchanger 4 which is itself connected to an accumulator 5 by means of a reversing valve 6.
- the accumulator 5 is connected to a compressor 7, the outlet of which is brought back to the reversing valve 6 by a second fluid hawker-water exchanger 8.
- the exchanger 8 supplies a hot water storage tank 9 whose water from the primary exchanger is circulated by a linear accelerator 10 to high flow and low pressure drop.
- the output of the reversing valve 6 is connected to a fan coil 11 constituting a condenser and arranged in the room to be air conditioned.
- the outlet of the condenser 11 is connected to a third hawker-water exchanger 12 connected to a regulator 13 via a receiver 14, The outlet of the regulator 13 is brought back to the pipes 2 of the sensor 1.
- the three exchangers 4, 8, 12 are connected by a closed distribution 15 provided with an expansion tank (not shown) absorbing the variations in volume due to the expansion of the water in the circuit 15.
- the reversing valve 6 can be automatically controlled, under the control of indoor and outdoor temperature sensors; it can also be manually operated. The inversion being done without inertia, the temperature variation of the hawker fluid is done in a very short time.
- the exchangers 4 and 12 produce, depending on the operating mode of the inverter 6, sub-cooling allowing maximum energy to be recovered.
- the exchanger 8 plays the role of a desuperheater and also ensures the production of hot water.
- the invention provides a defrosting system consisting of a modulating valve 16 directly connecting the outlet of the compressor 7 to the pipes 2 and controlled by a probe 17 in contact with the sensor 1 and an external probe 18, so keep the sensor wall temperature always below the air dew point.
