Die Schwingfeder gemäß der Erfindung ist dabei so ausgebildet, daß nach Entnahme des Schreibzeugs aus der Steckhülse die Steckhülse für eine längere Zeit, beispielsweise mehrere Sekunden bis zu einer halben Minute, in einer Schwingung verbleibt und sich ständig von oben nach unten bewegt, d.h. eine senkrechte Schwingung mit oder ohne horizontalen Sehwingungskomponenten ausführt. Auf diese Art und Weise wird die Aufmerksamkeit des Benutzers des Sehreibzeuges auf den Halter gelenkt, so daß dieser, nachdem er eine Unterschrift od.dgl. geleistet hat, das Schreibzeug in die Steekhülse zurücktut, eben weil diese durch ihre Bewegung ihn dazu verleitet. Es handelt sich hierbei gemäß der Erfindung um eine zusammengesetzte Schwingung, da die Feder 12 sowohl im Hinblick auf ihre Achse Biegeschwingungen als auch Longitudinalschwinsungen ausführt. Die Abmessungen der Drahtfeder und das Gewicht des Schreibzeugs 13 selbst sind gemäß der Erfindung so bemessen worden, daß die Schreibhülse 13 eine Vielzahl nickender Bewegungen ausführt.
