Bei einer aus DE-OS 27 08 086 bekannten Türverriegelungsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art bildet in Zusammenbaustellung der Schloßplatfenrahmen eine Seitenwand des Gehäuses des Verriegelungsgerätes. Dabei ist die Schloßplatte weitgehend auf der Außenseite des Schloßplattenrahmens bzw. der Einheit zwischen Schloßplattenrahmen und Verriegelungsgerät geführt. Daher kann leicht Tropfwasser in das Innere des Verriegelungsgerätes gelangen, was gerade bei für Waschmaschinen bestimmten Türverriegelungsvorrichtungen zu befürchten ist. Außerdem ist bei der zusammengefügten Einheit von Schloßplattenrahmen und Verriegelungsgerät in deren Anlieferungszustand ein wichtiges Funktionsteil, nämlich der Riegelschieber, von außen zugänglich und beeinflußbar. Durch die Erfindung sind alle für die Verriegelung der Schloßplatte in Schloßplattensperrstellung erforderlichen Funktionsteile in einem funktionsfähig fertigmontier- und einjustierbaren Verriegelungsgerät zusammengefaßt, welches in seine Funktionsstellung innerhalb des Schloßplattengehäuses lediglich nach Art einer Schublade eingeschoben zu werden braucht, wo es in seiner Sollstellung selbsttätig und ohne Spezialwerkzeuge unlösbar verrastet. Im Reparaturfalle läßt sich diese Verrastung jedoch einfach lösen. Ein defektes Verriegelungsgerät kann einfach durch ein Neues ausgetauscht werden. Schraubverbindungen sind zwischen Verriegelungsgerät und Schloßplattengehäuse nicht mehr erforderlich. Sowohl die schubladenartige Führung als auch die Verrastung halten das Verriegelungsgerät fest in seiner Sollstellung gegenüber der Schloßplatte. Das Schloßplattengehäuse und die Schloßplatte sind verhältnismäßig einfach gestaltbare Teile. Sie können hinsichtlich ihrer Ausgestaltung speziellen Kundenwünschen unschwer angepaßt werden, ohne daß die Gestaltung des Verriegelungsgerätes eine Abänderung erfahren muß. Dies ermöglicht einen hohen Standardisierungsgrad ohne Einbuße an Gestaltungsfreiheit für die Türverriegelungsvorrichtung. Bei der Anordnung der Schloßplatte zwischen einer Schloßplattengehäusewand und einer Seitenwand des Verriegelungsgerätes erfährt die Schloßplatte durch beide Wände zusätzlich eine Führung gegebenenfalls durch unmittelbare Anlage an diesen Wänden oder durch Anlage an aus den Wänden vorstehenden Anlagevorsprüngen. Die Schloßplatte 1 liegt zwischen der den Gehäuseboden bildenden Schloßplattengehäusewand 19 und der Bodenplatte 13 des Verriegelungsgerätes 6. Die vorzugsweise als Flachstecker 20-22 ausgebildeten Stromanschlüsse des Verriegelungsgerätes 6 sind aus dessen in Einschubstellung die Offenseite (Öffnung 9) des Schloßplattengehäuses 2 verschließender Außenwand 10 herausgeführt. Das Verriegelungsgerät 6 ist in Einschubstellung mit seiner vom Riegelschieber 8 durchsetzten Bodenplatte 13 der Schloßplatte 1 zugewandt und dabei parallel zur Schloßplattenebene ausgerichtet. Die Offenseite (Öffnung 9) des Schloßplattengehäuses 2 verläuft etwa rechtwinklig zur Schloßplattenebene und weist in Einbaustellung nach unten. Dabei federn die U-Schenkel 26, 27 der Schloßplatte 1 nach innen. Die Gehäusevorsprünge 31, 32 gleiten dabei aus den Rastausnehmungen 29 hinaus und fallen in die Rastausnehmungen 28 ein. Durch den Spreizdruck der U-Schenkel 26, 27 wird dafür gesorgt, daß die Gehäusevorsprünge 31, 32 satt in den Rastausnehmungen 28 einliegen, so daß in jedem Falle die Schloßplatte 1 eine Stellung einnimmt, in der ihre rechte Schloßplattenaussparung 7 in Überdeckungsstellung mit dem Riegelschieber 8 des Verriegelungsgerätes steht. Die Einzelteile des Steuermechanismus für den Riegelschieber 8 sind insbesondere in Fig. 7 deutlich dargestellt. Auf die aus Kunststoff gespritzte Bodenplatte 13 sind die Einzelteile der Steuereinrichtung aufmontiert. Der Bimetallanschluß 38 wird mit seinem Flachstecker 22 durch den Schlitz 40 der mit der Bodenplatte 13 einstückig gespritzten Außenwand 10 hindurchgesteckt und mittels einer Rohrniete 41 mit der Bodenplatte 13 vernietet. In den Zwischenraum zwischen den Schenkeln des U-förmigen Lappens 42 des Bimetallanschlusses 38 ist das Bimetall 43 eingelegt und verschweißt. Die Justierschraube 44 steckt in der Gewindebohrung 45 des Bimetallanschlusses 38. Ihr Kegel 46 drückt gegen die Nase 47 des Bimetalls 43 und beeinflußt damit dessen Vorspannung. Die Beheizung des Bimetalls 43 erfolgt durch den PTC Widerstand 48, der rund oder eckig ausgebildet sei kann. Der PTC-Widerstand 48 wird durch die Feder 49 an das Bimetall 43 gepreßt. Für die Aufnahme des PTC-Widerstandes 48 ist die Feder 49 speziell ausgemuldet (Ausmuldung 39). Das zur Ausmuldung 39 entgegengesetzte Ende 37 der Feder 49 ist an den elektrischen Heizungsanschluß 50 angeschweißt, der unmittelbar mit dem Flachstecker 21 verbunden ist. Der Flachstecker 21 ist durch den Schlitz 51 in der Außenwand 10 des Verriegelungsgerätes 6 hindurchgesteckt. Der Winkel 53 ist nach dem Einbau unter den aus der Bodenplatte 13 vorstehenden Haken 54 geschoben, der die Bewegung des Heizungs-Anschlusses 15 nach oben verhindert. Der endgültige Festsitz des Heizungsanschlusses 50 im Verriegelungsgerät 6 wird in nachstehend noch näher erläuterter Weise durch die Leiterplatte 55 sichergestellt.The individual parts of the control mechanism for the locking slide 8 are clearly shown in particular in FIG. 7. - which has a sliding bolt (8) which, in the lockplate blocking position, can be inserted into a lockplate recess (7) so as to block any movement,
- and the insertion movement of which is controlled by the switch-on current of the electrical appliance, characterised by the following features:
1.1 the lock-plate frame is designed, outside the range of displacement of the closing orifice (5), as a lock-plate housing (2) open on one side only,
1.2 the locking unit (6) can be inserted into the housing in the manner of a drawer and can be locked in the inserted position,
1.3 the lock plate (1) is located between a lockplate housing wall (19) and a wall (bottom plate 13) of the locking unit (6), being especially guided up against these walls, and

Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the part of the lock plate (1) located inside the lock-plate housing (2) is provided with engaging recesses (28-30) which are assigned to the opening position and to the blocking position located on both sides of the latter and into which engages a spring detent catch connected to the lock-plate housing (2).

Device according to Claim 5, characterised in that one lock-plate flank (24, 25) provided with the engaging recesses (28-30) is made inwardly resilient, and in that the detent member is a housing projection (31, 32) fixed to the housing, in particular injection-moulded in one piece with the lock-plate housing (2) produced from plastic.
7. Device according to Claim 5 or 6, characterised in that both lock-plate flanks (24, 25) extending in the longitudinal difecUun (3) are provided with engaging recesses (28-30) into each of which engages a spring detent catch connected to the lock-plate housing (2).
8. Device according to Claim 6 or 7, characterised in that the two lock-plate flanks (24, 25) extending in the longitudinal direction (3) are the outer leg flanks of a U-shaped lock-plate end (23) located on the same side as the housing, and in that their engaging recesses (28-30) interact with housing projections (31, 32), in particular with the lock-plate housing wall (19) extending parallel to the lock plate (1).

Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the side of the locking unit (6) located opposite the bottom plate (13), through which the sliding bolt (8) passes, is covered by a printed circuit board (55), of which one end having printed connections (76) to the supply terminals (38, 50, 65) and designed as a contact plug connector projects beyond the outer wall (10) of the locking unit (6).
10. Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the locking unit is guided via laterally arranged guide ribs (14) and guide grooves in corresponding respective guide ribs (17) and guide grooves (18) on the housing side walls (15,16).
11. Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that a guide plate (78) projecting in the direction of the closing end of the lock plate (1) and having bearing sides for the lock plate is formed on the lock-plate housing (2), and in that the guide plate carries, especially on both sides of the lock-plate guide, fastening bores (79) for the door-locking device.
