Definitions
- the present invention relates to a circuit arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.
- This digital time circuit enables a subsequent connection in an equivalent manner as in DE-C 17 65 817, in that before the delay time expires, the time relay is excited again by reapplying the operating voltage via one and the same line, the initially initiated time function for delaying the output pulse initially canceled and then reinitiated, d. H. a further partial delay period is added after the arbitrary time to the partial delay period started, so that differently long periods can be measured in this way.
- the invention has for its object to provide a circuit arrangement of the type mentioned, which ensures that the current load of the contact pieces is sufficiently reduced to significantly increase their life with the same contact piece volume and the same contact pressure, the switching process with its possibly Contact bruises that are not entirely avoidable are achieved by the design of the remanence relay or by suitable design of an appropriate electronic circuit arrangement as close as possible to the zero crossing of the alternating current, and the circuit arrangement in the context of special applications (e.g. for staircase lighting time switches) without further ado - only through different external circuitry - as uniform type can be used in relevant cases or at least the relevant, in some cases missing or omitted circuit parts can be retrofitted at any time and in a simple manner.
- special applications e.g. for staircase lighting time switches
- circuit arrangement of the type according to the preamble of claim 1 by the features of the characterizing part of the same.
- This solution conveys the technical progress that the circuit arrangement can be structurally improved in terms of size, i. H. takes up less space with the same switching capacity, and greater functional reliability is guaranteed due to the protection of the contact pieces and the better timing of the switching times.
- the circuit arrangement is adapted to the conditions of the various existing installations in a clear and easily understandable manner that with their help an older type of any common training can be exchanged without laborious checking of details if the older copy is no longer functional.
- the circuit arrangement - also in its special training for time switches - according to the teaching of the invention, is considerably less complex than the known ones of the relevant technology, that is to say from the outset also less expensive than those.
- the circuit arrangement according to the present invention has the advantage that the two stable operating states of its magnetic circuit with corresponding actuation of the associated contact set with a single gate-controllable semiconductor, e.g. a thyristor, can be brought about in fine coordination, the requirement for a defined approximation of the ignition or switching point in the immediate vicinity of the zero crossing of the AC voltage being met, as can be shown below.
- a single gate-controllable semiconductor e.g. a thyristor
- the values of the first time derivative "du / dt" can be used, which can be between 0.5 times the peak values (smaller than this) and both positive and negative.
- the positive ranges «h» for the switch-on process and the negative ranges «i» for the switch-off process are to be used.
- the teaching described above with reference to FIG. 1 is used in the exemplary embodiment of FIG. 2 for a delay module for generating control signals for the two current paths of the excitation winding connected in parallel.
- the AC network is connected to terminals (7) and (22) (cf. Fig. 2).
- the AC voltage is rectified by the rectifier assembly 101 with the charging capacitor 102 in such a way that the peak voltage appears at its output 103 as a positive DC voltage; the rectifier assembly 104 with the charging capacitor 105 is used in a corresponding manner to generate the negative DC voltage value equal to the peak voltage, which can be removed at its output 106.
- the assembly 107 is used to generate the first time derivative of the AC voltage and its full-wave rectification - without any smoothing - so that the two half-waves of the first time derivative occur as positive sine half-waves at its output 108.
- the voltage dividers 109, 110 in the output bring about the adaptation of the voltage values to the required quantities.
- the amplitude values “u” of the alternating voltage 113 are conjunctively combined with the positive 0.75 times the value of the peak value 114 or with the negative peak value 115, so that only then at the output 116 or 117 H signal (“1 ” ) occurs when “u” is at least 0.8 U (with the negative values at the AND gate 112, an inversion gate may be inserted or inserted).
- the AND gate 118 links the double-path Rectifier signal of the first time derivative "du / dt" of output 108 - at input 119 of AND gate 118 - 0.5 times the voltage 0.8 U of the signal at voltage divider 109, 110 - at the other input of AND Gate 118.
- the signals at the outputs 116, 117 are conjunctively linked in the AND gates 121, 122 with the signal at the output 123 of the AND gate 118.
- the output signals on the lines 124, 125 act on the first input via negation gates 126, 127 128 of the NAND gate 129 and the one input g 130 of the driver AND gate 131.
- the second inputs 132 and 133 are connected to the output 103 of the rectifier module 101 as a current source.
- the circuit (not shown) of the button is connected to the third input 134 of the NAND gate 129.
- the remanence relay 1 (cf. also FIG. 3) is connected to the terminals (e.g. 8, 26 in FIG. 4b) via the two parallel current paths (64 with thyristor 63) and 69; the control takes place in the above-described exemplary embodiment for switching on via line 135 from output 136 of NAND gate 129, for switching off via line 137 from output 138 to control electrode 62 of thyristor 63.
- the control electrode 62 of the thyristor 63 is acted upon by the output signal 58 and the triggering of the remanent circuit is thus triggered; it is switched on via terminal 18 using the pushbutton circuit (not shown) connected there. Further details on this, which also apply mutatis mutandis to the previously described embodiment of FIG. 2, are explained below with reference to the description of the embodiment of FIGS. 3 and 4.
- the excitation winding of the remanence relay 1 is connected directly via line 2 to the outer terminal 3, which during installation in all cases, namely the four-wire system (Fig. 4a) via line 4, the three-wire system Connectivity (Fig. 4b) via line 5 (only once) and the three-wire system without connectivity (Fig. 4c) via line 6 with one pole 7, 8 (or replaced by 34) or 9 of the AC network is connected.
- the excitation winding of the remanence relay 1 is connected to the circuit node 10, at which the line is divided into the two branches, in which the current flows in the opposite sense, as indicated by the arrows and as will be explained below.
- the glow lamp button group 13a is combined from the series resistor 14 and the glow lamp 15 in parallel to the push button contact 16 to form a unit - the circuit via the normally closed contact 17, the outer terminal 18, the line 19 on the one hand and the lines 20, 21 to the other pole 22 of the AC network are closed.
- this corresponds to the external wiring with line 23 to glow lamp pushbutton group 13b and from there via lines 24, 25 to the other pole of the AC network.
- actuation of the glow lamp button group 13c connects to it via the conductor bridge 27, the outer terminal 28, the dashed line 29, the switch arm 30 from the normally closed contact 31 to the Counter contact 32, the line 33, the outer terminal 34, the lines 35 and 36 and the glow lamp button group 13c on the opposite side is directly connected to the other pole 39 of the AC voltage connected to the outer terminal 37 and the line 38.
- the remanence relay 1 is thus brought into the working position by a current pulse in the direction of arrow 11; H. the normally closed contact 17 is interrupted and the switch arm 30 is brought into the working position with a connection between the normally open contact 40 and the mating contact 32.
- the conductor piece 41 and the outer terminal 37 in the case of FIG. 4a become the lamp 42 connected on one side to the one pole 7 of the alternating current network on the opposite side via the line pieces 43, 44 via the terminal 37, line piece 33 with the switch arm 30 in between between the working contact 40 and mating contact 32, and finally connected to the other pole 22 via line 21.
- this consumer connection takes place from one pole 8 via the line bridge 45, the outer terminal 34, the line sections 33, 41 with an interposed switch arm 30 between the working contact 40 and the mating contact 32, the outer terminal 37, the line section 46 lamp 47 connected to the other pole via line 25.
- the lamp 49 connected to the one pole 9 via the line piece 48 is correspondingly connected via the line pieces 50, 35 and 51, the outer terminal 34, the line pieces 33, 41 with an interposed switch arm 30 with mating contact 32 and make contact 40 and finally the line piece 38 is connected to the other pole 39 of the AC network.
- the semiconductor compact module serves as a time circuit with a time-determining element for the dropout delay or pulse lengthening of the operating state “on” of the remanence relay 1 (time circuit IC 52), which has a positive span via node 53 voltage with respect to the node 54 from the AC network via the rectifier arrangement, consisting of the diode 55 and the resistor 56 'with an intermediate capacitor 57 with a parallel resistor 57a, is supplied with correctly polarized direct current and at its relevant connections the adjustable RC element 58 for the built-in master oscillator is tuned.
- the time cycle is permanent when the AC voltage is applied, and in the case of FIGS. 4a and 4c after connection to the AC voltage via the actuated work contact to the outer terminal 56 during the operating state “on” .
- a pulse occurs at the Q output 58 via the Zener diode 59 and the voltage divider 60, 61, at the control electrode 62, which ignites the thyristor, so that a pulsating direct current of the polarity indicated by the arrow 12 flows from the circuit node 10 via the line section 64, the diode 55 and via the line already described to the other pole 22 or 26 or 39 of the alternating current network through the excitation winding of the remanence relay 1, which because its reverse polarity causes it to drop, with the normally closed contact 17 and the switch arm 30 returning to their starting position, i. H. the consumer circuit is also interrupted.
- the capacitors 65 and 66 are not functionally necessary, but they can be useful for suppressing external interference sources.
- the line section 67 can optionally be replaced by the line section 68 shown in broken lines.
- a diode 69 is inserted in the branch (arrow direction 11).

Description
The present invention relates to a circuit arrangement according to the preamble of
In the special field of switchgear for large and large consumer power in AC networks, efforts have long been ongoing to increase the maximum permissible switching power with the same size or to reduce the space requirement of the switching device with the same switching power. These efforts are made more difficult, in particular, by the heating of the contact pieces, their erosion due to material transport from one contact to the other, by the risk of arcing and, finally, by more or less avoidable contact bruises.
In the case of time switches for an AC network with several consumers that can be switched on using glow lamp buttons, especially staircase time switches for incandescent lamps, the problem is aggravated by the fact that these consumers have an extremely low resistance when switched on, so that the inrush currents can reach extremely high peak values. For this reason, efforts have already been made to place the switch-on time as close as possible to the zero crossing of the AC voltage.
In order to ensure a sufficient operating time in a customizable manner and to a sufficient degree in the case of such switch designs, it is known to provide a switchability by means of one of the glow lamp pushbuttons which are used for switching on. The subsequent connection must not lead to an overload of the switching device. In general, the use of a remanence relay has proven itself in such switching devices, because a weak current is sufficient to bring about the operating state and, in certain types of construction, no current is required to maintain it, and, due to a current of opposite polarity, the relay or its dropout Switching in the other of the two stable operating states can be brought about in a simple manner.
Eine derartige Ausbildung ist bekannt durch die DE-C-17 65 817.For the installation of several spatially separated consumers and switching points, three-wire and four-wire systems have become established, the latter of which are preferred wherever possible, despite the disadvantage of the additional line. In some cases of older three-wire installations and systems, in which a larger number of glow lamp pushbuttons would overload the relay winding in idle mode, it may be advisable to forego the switchability. Such training is known from DE-C-17 65 817.
So far, such switching devices have come on the market as time switches, especially as staircase lighting machines, equipped with pneumatic or mechanical inhibitors as time-determining elements. In an equivalent manner to this, but with a time circuit with digital time lapse, such a time circuit with digital time lapse is more fixed in a related circuit arrangement for a remanence relay or a bistable relay, which is used in the present invention in connection with the previously described prior art Oscillator frequency for a timer in the essay by D. Liß: “Electronic time relays and their application in practice” (“Der Elektromeister + Deutsches Elektrohandwerk / de”
It is known that resetting the divider is possible with almost every programmable MOS universal module for counter and clock applications by means of an “L” signal at the reset input; see. SIEMENS switching examples, edition 1974/75, pages 139 to 143. The internal resetting operations of the divider to «L» signal run when the supply voltage is applied, after the operating state of the divider initially remains undefined when the supply voltage drops below a certain limit automatically.
Because of the variety of different uses of the circuit arrangement for three-wire and four-wire installations described above, the former with or without switchability, the latter with independent switching of other consumers, z. B. lighting for floor light, one is, especially in the newer devices with electronic time circuit, until now forced to use different types of such devices with different equipment and different wiring and accordingly keep it in stock.
The invention has for its object to provide a circuit arrangement of the type mentioned, which ensures that the current load of the contact pieces is sufficiently reduced to significantly increase their life with the same contact piece volume and the same contact pressure, the switching process with its possibly Contact bruises that are not entirely avoidable are achieved by the design of the remanence relay or by suitable design of an appropriate electronic circuit arrangement as close as possible to the zero crossing of the alternating current, and the circuit arrangement in the context of special applications (e.g. for staircase lighting time switches) without further ado - only through different external circuitry - as uniform type can be used in relevant cases or at least the relevant, in some cases missing or omitted circuit parts can be retrofitted at any time and in a simple manner.
This object is achieved in a circuit arrangement of the type according to the preamble of

The circuit arrangement according to the present invention has the advantage that the two stable operating states of its magnetic circuit with corresponding actuation of the associated contact set with a single gate-controllable semiconductor, e.g. a thyristor, can be brought about in fine coordination, the requirement for a defined approximation of the ignition or switching point in the immediate vicinity of the zero crossing of the AC voltage being met, as can be shown below. In Fig. 1, the AC voltage "u" of the AC network is labeled "a", its first time derivative "du / dt" is labeled "b". Practical tests with such arrangements have shown that the time at which the contact set is actuated can be moved close to the zero crossing “c” if the excitation coil is applied in the
This is achieved by dimensioning the excitation coil and the magnetic circuit of the remanence relay in such a way that when 0.75 times the peak value is reached, the current is sufficient to cause the magnetic reversal. As a result of the electrical and mechanical time constants of the arrangement, the actuation of the contact set is in the phase range between «f» and «g» of the AC voltage «a», i.e. Any bruises also occur in an area with low voltages and currents, where they cannot have any disruptive effects.
Between the phase values 45 ° and 135 ° or 225 ° and 315 °, there are areas in which the application of the excitation coil must be blocked. As a condition for this, the values of the first time derivative "du / dt" can be used, which can be between 0.5 times the peak values (smaller than this) and both positive and negative. Of the AC voltage values belonging to these blocking areas - greater than 0.75 times the peak value - the positive ranges «h» for the switch-on process and the negative ranges «i» for the switch-off process are to be used.
Fig. 2) liegt das Wechselstromnetz an. The teaching described above with reference to FIG. 1 is used in the exemplary embodiment of FIG. 2 for a delay module for generating control signals for the two current paths of the excitation winding connected in parallel. The AC network is connected to terminals (7) and (22) (cf. Fig. 2). The AC voltage is rectified by the
In the
The remanence relay 1 (cf. also FIG. 3) is connected to the terminals (e.g. 8, 26 in FIG. 4b) via the two parallel current paths (64 with thyristor 63) and 69; the control takes place in the above-described exemplary embodiment for switching on via
In Fig. 3, the excitation winding of the
First, by actuating the glow lamp button group 13a (case of FIG. 4a in conjunction with FIG. 3) - the glow lamp button group 13a is combined from the series resistor 14 and the
In all three cases, the
As a result, the
In the case of FIG. 4b, this consumer connection takes place from one pole 8 via the line bridge 45, the
In the case of FIG. 4c, the
In all three cases, the semiconductor compact module (time circuit IC 52) serves as a time circuit with a time-determining element for the dropout delay or pulse lengthening of the operating state “on” of the remanence relay 1 (time circuit IC 52), which has a positive span via
Therefore, after releasing the push button contact 16 - as in the other case of the glow
If a glow
The
