Abstract

Ein Membranmodul für pneumatische Regelungssysteme umfaßt wenigstens eine Druckvergleichsstufe und einen von dieser gesteuerten Kraft/Druck-Umformer. Zum Aufbau des Moduls werden durch Membranen abgeteilte Kammern in einem Gehäuse verwendet, wobei die kraftübertragung zwischen den Membranen über dazwischen angeordnete Membranteller erfolgt. Zur reibungsfreien Lagerung der Membranteller in dem Gehäuse ohne daß es hierbei einer Befestigung mit den dazwischen angeordneten Membranen bedarf, weist der Membranmodul folgenden Aufbau auf: die Membranteller (36-39) weisen zentrale Stiftansätze (40) und Ausnehmungen (44) auf, wobei der Stiftansatz eines Membrantellers jeweils in eine Ausnehmung des berachbarten Membrantellers über ein in der Vergleichs- bzw. Dichtmembran (30-32 bzw. 33,34) angeordnetes zentrales Loch (35) eingreift; das Gehause (11-16) und die Membranteller (36-39) weisen an sich gegenüberliegende Flächen Ringstege (42) auf, die bei anliegendem Druck zur Abdichtung in die Membranen (30-34) eingepreßt werden; und wengistens zwei Membranteller (36-39) weisen in ihren Planflächen konzentrische Ringnuten (43) auf, in die die zugeordneten Membranen (30,32) mit konzentrischen Ringkragen, (41) eingreifen.A membrane module for pneumatic control systems comprises at least one pressure comparison stage and a force / pressure transducer controlled by this. Die feste Einspannung der Membranteller in die Membranen, sowie die Durchführung und Fixierung dieses Steges, erschwert bei diesen bekannten sogenannten Büchsenreglern die Zentrierung des gesamten Membranpaketes und seine paralleleAusrichtung in Bezug auf die Düse des Kraft/Druck-Umformers. Um eine unerwünschte Hysterese, Knicke in der Kennlinie bzw. Das obere Gehäuseteil 16 bildet zugleich das Unterteil eines Druckteilers 17,dessen Oberteil aus einem Einstellknopf 18 besteht, welcher mittels einer Schraube 19 unter Zwischenlage eines elastischen Dichtungsringes 20 gegen das. Unterteil 16 gepreßt wird.
