Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen aus einer NE-Metallplatine insbesondere einer Zinkplatine bestehenden, durch Tiefziehen geformten, mit Wulst- und Wasserfalz versehenen einteiligen Dachrinnenwinkel für die Verbindung von halbrunden Dachrinnnen, dessen Seitenwände im Eckbereich der unter einem beliebigen Winkel aufeinanderstoßenden Dachrinnnenwinkelstücke jeweils kreisbogenförmig gebildet sind.The invention relates to a one-piece gutter angle consisting of a non-ferrous metal plate, in particular a zinc plate, formed by deep-drawing, provided with bead and water rebate for the connection of semicircular gutters, the side walls of which are each formed in a circular arc in the corner region of the gutter angle pieces that meet at any angle.
Um das bei der Herstellung von Dachrinnenwinkeln aus zwei spitzwinkelig gegeneinanderstoßenden halbrunden Dachrinnenstücken übliche_Löten oder Schweißen der in Gehrungsrichtung verlaufenden Verbindungsstelle wegen der damit verbundenen erheblichen Nachteile bezüglich Montage und Langzeitdichtigkeit zu vermeiden, ist in dem DE-GM 78 11 514 ein Dachrinnenwinkel zur Verbindung von halbrunden Dachrinnen vorgesehen, der durch Tiefziehen von Zinkblech hergestellt und bei dem die Seitenwände im Bereich ihrer Ecken jeweils kreisbogenförmig gestaltet sind. Ein solcher Dachrinnenwinkel hat jedoch bisher keinen Eingang in die Praxis gefunden, da die kreisbogenförmige Gestaltung, insbesondere derjenigen des Wulstes, nicht den ästhetischen Anforderungen bezüglich der Anpassung an die rechtwinkelig gestalteten Hausecken genügt.
