Abstract

1. Method for producing an integral gutter angle member (1) for the connection of semicircular gutters by deep-drawing from a blank of nonferrous metal, particularly of zinc, comprising beads (2, 3) and water flanges (7, 8) and having side walls with the shape of an arc of a circle at the corner at which the leg portions (4, 5) of the angle member merge, wherein the portions of the blank forming the leg portions of the gutter angle member have been shaped in a direction diagonal to the direction in which the blanks has been rolled, characterized in that the beads (2, 3) and water flanges (7, 8) will be formed straight-lined at the leg portions (4, 5) of the gutter angle member, wherein the beads meeting at the corner by an acute angle merge into the circular edge of the gutter angle member (1) by forming an approximately triangular blind (6) and the transverse edges of the water flanges merge near the corner into a crescent-shaped intermediate portion (9) formed on the outside.

Description

Ein solcher Dachrinnenwinkel hat jedoch bisher keinen Eingang in die Praxis gefunden, da die kreisbogenförmige Gestaltung, insbesondere derjenigen des Wulstes, nicht den ästhetischen Anforderungen bezüglich der Anpassung an die rechtwinkelig gestalteten Hausecken genügt.
