Claims (4)

1. Fluidverdrängungsanlage vom Spiraltyp mit einem ersten Spiralelement (28) mit einer ersten Endplatte (281) und einem ersten sich von einer inneren Oberfläche der erseten Endplatte (281) erstreckenden Spiralteil (282), einem zweiten Spiralelement (30) mit einer zweiten Endplatte (301) und einem zweiten sich von einer inneren Oberfläche der zweiten Endplatte (301) erstreckenden Spiralteil (302), wobei das erste Spiralteil (282) und das zweite Spiralteil (302) mit einer winkelmäßigen und radialen Versetsung zum Herstellen einer Mehrzahl von axialen Kontakten zwischen der axialen Endoberfläche des ersten Spiralteiles (282) und der zweiten Endplatte (301) und zwischen der axialen Endoberfläche des zweiten Spiralteiles (302) und der ersten Endplatte (281) und von Linienkontakten zwischen den gebogenen Spiraloberflächen, die zusammen Fluidtaschen abgrenzen, ineinandergreifen, einer zwischen der axialen Endoberfläche des zweiten Spiralelementes (302) und der angrenzenden ersten Endptatte (281) zum Verhindern des Verschleißes der ersten Endplatte (281) und zum Aufrechterhalten des axialen Abschlusses der Fluidtaschen verschleißverhindernden Platte (40) und einer betriebsmäßig mit einem des ersten oder zweiten Spiralelementes (28, 30 zum Umlaufenlassen des einen Spiralelementes relativ zu dem anderen Spiralelement unter Verhinderung der Rotation des einen Spiralelementes zum dadurch Ändern des Volumens der Fluidtaschen verbundenen Antriebseinrichtung, worin das erste und zweite Spiralelement (28, 30) aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegieung gebildet sind, das zweite Spiralelement (30) eine gehärtete Oberfläche (305) hat und ein elastisches Teil (41) zwischen der verschleißverhindernden Platte und der inneren Oberfläche der ersten Endplatte (281) des ersten Spiralelementes angebracht ist.
2. Anlage nach Anspruch 1, in der eine andere verschleißverhindernde Platte (40) und ein elastisches Teil (41) zwischen der axialen Endoberfläche des ersten Spiralteiles (282) des ersten Spiralelementes (28) und der zugewandten Fläche der gehärteten Oberflächenschicht (305) des zweiten Spiralelementes (30) angebracht sind.
3. Anlage nach Anspruch 1, in der das erste Spiralelement (28) ein Dichtungsteil (285) an einer axialen Endoberfläche des ersten Spiralteiles (282) zum dadurch Verschließen einer Lücke zwischen der ersten Spiralteilendoberfläche des ersten Spiralelementes (28) und der gehärteten Oberflächenschicht (305) des zweiten Spiralelementes (30) aufweist.
4. Anlage nach Anspruch 3, in der ein anderes Dischtungsteil (304) in einer axialen gehärteten Endoberfläche des zweiten Spiralteiles (302) des zweiten Spiralelementes (30) angebracht ist.
