Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Zieheinrichtung für Pressen mit mechanisch angetriebenem Ziehstößel und mit einem Blechhalter, dessen auf das Blech wirkende, der Ziehrichtung entgegenwirkende Haltekraft über eine Druckplatte mittels eines diese abstützenden, druckmittelbeaufschlagten Ziehkissenkolbens in einem feststehenden Ziehkissenzylinder ausgeübt ist.The invention relates to a drawing device for presses with a mechanically driven ram and with a sheet metal holder, the holding force acting on the sheet metal, counteracting the drawing direction, is exerted via a pressure plate by means of a drawing cushion piston which supports it and is pressurized with pressure medium in a fixed drawing cushion cylinder.
Beim Arbeitshub des Ziehstößels einer derartigen Presse wird zunächst das Blech durch den Ziehring gegen den Ble- hhalter gedrückt und anschließend zusammen mit diesem entgegen der im Ziehkissenzylinder wirkenden Druckkraft verschoben, wobei gleichzeitig das zwischen Blechhalter und Ziehring festgehaltene Blech durch den Ziehstempel des auf dem Pressentisch feststehenden Werkzeuges verformt wird. Der Ziehstößel verschiebt den Blechhalter gegen die auf den Ziehkissenkolben wirkende Druckkraft, wobei der Ziehstößel auch die Massenträgheitskraft, die durch die Beschleunigung der beweglichen Blechhalter- und Ziehkissenmasse hervorgerufen wird, noch überwinden muß. Der Blechhalter, der sich auf dem Ziehkissenkolben abstützt, bildet nämlich ein starres System mit einer großen, zusammenhängenden Masse, welche aus der Ruhe schlagartig auf die Auftreffgeschwindigkeit des Ziehstößels beschleunigt werden muß. Dadurch wird die bewegliche Masse des Ziehkissens zeitlich nach der Masse des Blechhalters beschleunigt, so daß sich die Massenkräfte des gesamten Systems nicht addieren. Das federnde Glied bewirkt eine stetige Geschwindigkeitszunahme des Ziehkissenkolbens bis zur Geschwindigkeit des Ziehstößels. Durch diese stetige Geschwindigkeitszunahme des Ziehkissenkolbens wird die wirksame Massenträgheitskraft des Ziehkissenkolbens verringert. Gleichwohl trifft dabei der Ziehstößel mit seiner in diesem Bewegungsbereich gegebenen Geschwindigkeit auf das in Ruhe befindliche, auf dem Blechhalter liegende Blech auf, so daß sich ein ungedämpfter Auftreffschlag ergibt.In a known drawing device of the type mentioned (DE-PS 14 52 943), a resilient member is arranged between the sheet metal holder and the movable masses of the die cushion. In einem Untergestell 1 einer - im übrigen in der Zeichnung nicht näher dargestellten - Presse ist auf einem Pressentisch 2 ein Unterwerkzeug 3 mit einem feststehenden Ziehstempel 4 und einem in Ziehrichtung beweglichen Blechhalter 5 angeordnet. Der Blechhalter 5 ist über Druckstifte 6 auf einer Druckplatte 7 abgestützt, die an dem oberen Ende einer Kolbenstange 8 angebracht ist, an der ein Kolben 9 und ein Ziehkissenkolben 10 starr befestigt sind. Der Kolben 9 ist in einem gestellfesten Zylinder 11 geführt und weist eine obere, in Ziehrichtung beaufschlagbare Wirkfläche auf. Der Ziehkissenkolben 10 ist in einem gestellfesten Ziehkissenzylinder 12 geführt, in dessen unterem Bereich zusätzlich ein die Kolbenstange 8 umschließender Ringkolben 13 geführt ist, dessen Bewegungen in Ziehrichtung nach unten durch die Stirnwand des Ziehkissenzylinders 12 und nach oben durch einen inneren Ringbund 14 an dem Ziehkissenzylinder 12 begrenzt sind.In a
An den unter dem Ringkolben 13 in dem Ziehkissenzylinder 12 gebildeten Druckmittelraum ist ein Blasenspeicher 15 angeschlossen. An den unter dem Ziehkissenkolben 10 in dem Ziehkissenzylinder 12 über dem Ringbund 14 gebildeten Druckmittelraum sind eine Druckmittelzuführung 16 über ein Rückschlagventil 17 und eine Druckmittelableitung 18 über ein Druckbegrenzungsventil 19 angeschlossen. An den in dem Zylinder 11 über dem Kolben 9 gebildeten Druckmittelraum ist eine Druckmittelzu- und -abführung über ein schaltbares Ventil 20 angeschlossen. Das Ventil 20 ist über eine Wirkverbindung 21 an eine stößelwegabhängige Steuerung angeschlossen, die aus einem Nockenfolger 22 und einem Nocken 23 besteht, der synchron mit einem - in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellten - mechanischen Antrieb für einen Ziehstößel 24 umläuft. Der Ziehstößel 24 trägt auf seiner Unterseite einen dem Blechhalter 5 gegenüberliegenden Ziehring 25 und einen dem Ziehstempel 4 gegenüberliegenden Auswerfer 26.A
Ein Arbeitszyklus der Zieheinrichtung beginnt in der - in der Zeichnung dargestellten - Anfangsstellung,bei der ein Blech 27 auf dem Blechhalter 5 aufliegt, der sich in seiner höchsten Lage befindet, in der er von unten an einem Bund 28 des Unterwerkzeuges 3 anliegt. Der Ziehstößel 24 beginnt seine Bewegung nach unten. Vor dem Auftreffen des Ziehringes 25 auf das Blech 27 bewirkt die Steuerung eine Beaufschlagung der Wirkfläche auf der Oberseite des Kolbens 9 mit Druckmittel, so daß die Kolbenstange 8 mit allen daran befestigten Teilen und der Blechhalter 5 in Ziehrichtung beschleunigt werden. Während dieser Beschleunigung sinkt der Blechhalter 5 mit dem darauf liegenden Blech 27 so weit ab, daß die Oberseiten des Blechhalters 5 und des Unterwerkzeuges 3 auf gleicher Höhe liegen und das Blech 27 auf dem Ziehstempel 4 aufliegt. Bis dahin hat auch der sich schneller in Ziehrichtung bewegende Ziehstößel 24 mit dem Ziehring 25 die Oberseite desBleches 27 erreicht. Während der Beschleunigung hat außerdem das in dem Druckmittelraum unter dem Ziehkissenkolben 10 eingeschlossene Druckmittel den Ringkolben 13 um dessen Hub 29 bis zur Anlage an der unteren Stirnwand des Ziehkissenkolbens 12 verschoben. Der Hub 29 ist gleich dem Maß, um das der Blechhalter 5 in seiner höchsten Lage mit seiner Oberseite über die Oberseite des Unterwerkzeuges 3 vorragt. Mit dem Aufsetzen des Ziehringes 25 auf das Blech 27 und dem Anlaufen des Ringkolbens 13 an der unteren Stirnwand des Ziehkissenzylinders 12 beginnt die Zieheinrichtung in üblicher Weise als hydraulische Zieheinrichtung zu arbeiten.
