Bei einem bekannten Tastschalter dieser Art (FR-A-2 400 820) ist ein Kontaktträger mit Kontakten vorgesehen, auf dem eine Abstandsfolie mit den Kontakten angepaßten Aussparungen aufliegt. Über der Abstandsfolie verläuft parallel eine Folie aus elastischem, elektrisch isolierendem Material, die im Bereich jedes Kontaktes mit einem Gegenkontakt versehen ist. Die Folie ist einseitig mit einem elastischen Metallbelag versehen und weist freigestanzte Laschen auf, die als bewegliche Gegenkontakte den Kontakten auf dem Kontaktträger gegenüberstehen und an ihrem Fuß gegenüber der Ebene der Folie bleibend in einem spitzen Winkel abgeknickt sind. Der Metallbelag befindet sich dabei auf der Seite der Folie, nach der die Laschen ausgeknickt sind. Die Laschen neigen sich somit zum Kontaktträger hin. Um einen ausreichenden Abstand zwischen den Kontakten und den durch die Metallschicht gebildeten Gegenkontakten sicherzustellen, muß die zwischengefügte Abstandsfolie so dick sein, wie es durch den erforderlichen Kontaktabstand und die Höhe vorgegeben ist, um die die Laschen aus der Ebene der Folie herausstehen. Hierdurch wird die Bauhöhe des Tastschalters entsprechend erhöht und zur Betätigung der vertieft in der Folie angeordneten Laschen sind entsprechend lang ausgebildete Schaltstößel erforderlich, für die auch eine entsprechende mechanische Führung notwendig ist. Der elektrische Metallbelag dient im übrigen zur Erzeugung einer ausreichenden Rückstellkraft der Laschen.In a known push button switch of this type (FR-A-2 400 820), a contact carrier with contacts is provided, on which a spacer film with recesses adapted to the contacts rests. Bei einer Ausgestaltung eines Tastschalters gemäß der Erfindung wird der vom Dom umschlossene, innere freie Raum für die Unterbringung der nach oben abgeknickten Lasche ausgenutzt. Eine zwischen der Folie und dem Kontaktträger angeordnete Abstandsfolie kann dann so dünn ausgebildet werden, daß lediglich eine elektrische Trennung zwischen Leiterzügen auf dem Kontaktträger und der Folie erreicht wird bzw. kann diese Abstandsfolie auch entfallen, wenn keine gegenseitigen Berührungen von Kontaktbahnen des Kontaktträgers und der Folie eintreten können, weil der erforderliche Abstand zwischen dem zugehörigen Kontakt auf dem Kontaktträger und dem Gegenkontakt auf der Folie durch die vom Kontaktträger weggeneigte Lasche hergestellt wird. Der freie, durch die Höhe des vom Dom umschlossenen Raumes vorgegebene Schalthub des Domes kann so für das Niederdrücken der Lasche zum Gegenkontakt hin ausgenutzt werden. Auf einem Kontaktträger 1 befinden sich paarweise angeordnete Kontakte 2, die über nicht dargestellte Verbindungsleitungen mit äußeren Anschlüssen verbindbar sind. Oberhalb des Kontaktträgers 1 befindet sich eine Folie 3 aus elastischem Material, aus welcher im Bereich der Kontakte 2 Laschen 4 freigestanzt sind. Im Bereich der freien Enden der Laschen 4 befinden sich Gegenkontakte 5, mit welchen durch Niederdrücken der Laschen 4 die jeweils zugeordneten Kontaktpaare 2 überbrückbar sind. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, die Gegenkontakte 5 über Leitungsbahnen auf der Folie 3 mit äußeren Anschlüssen zu verbinden. Auf der Folie 3, die aus elektrisch isolierendem Kunststoff besteht, liegt eine Abdeckfolie 6 auf, in die domförmige Betätigungselemente 7 eingeformt sind. Die Betätigungselemente 7 sind je einer Lasche 4 zugeordnet und weisen einen Steg 8 auf, der vom Rand eines runden, die Lasche 4 umgreifenden Durchbruchs 9 in der die Folie 3 überdeckenden Abdeckfolie 6 ausgeht und über die Ebene der Abdeckfolie 6 hochgezogen ist sowie die Lasche 4 übergreift. Der Steg 8 ist oberhalb des mit der Folie 3 verbundenen Fußes 10 der Lasche 4 schwenkbar angesetzt, wobei der die Lasche 4 übergreifende Teil des Steges 8 als Betätigungsfläche 11 dient. Der Steg 8 ist über eine kegelförmige Stützhaut 12 mit dem übrigen Rand des Durchbruchs 9 verbunden. Die Stützhaut 12 bewirkt einen staub- und wasserdichten Abschluß im Bereich des Betätigungselementes 7 und bewirkt insbesondere beim Niederdrücken des Betätigungselementes 7 einen Schnappeffekt, wodurch eine Momentschaltung der Kontakte 2, 5 erzielt wird.
Bei einer Ausgestaltung des Tastschalters gemäß den Figuren liegt die aus isolierendem Material bestehende Folie 3 unmittelbar auf dem Kontaktträger 1 auf. Um hierbei eine Berührung der Kontakte 2 mit dem Gegenkontakt 5 zu verhindern, sind die Laschen 4 an ihrem Fuß 10 gegenüber der Ebene der Folie 3 durch bleibende Verformung in einem spitzen Winkel so abgeknickt, daß die Gegenkontakte 5 in schräger Lage gegenüber den Kontakten 2 abgehoben sind. Hierdurch kann eine Abstandsfolie zwischen der Folie 3 und dem Kontaktträger 1 entfallen, so daß deren Herstellungs- und Montagekosten eingespart werden können. Um die Schrägstellung der Laschen 4 zu gewährleisten, können auch auf dem Kontaktträger 1 im Bereich des Fußes jeder Lasche kleine Erhebungen vorgesehen werden, welche die Lasche in unbetätigtem Zustand von den Kontakten 2 abhebt. Die Lasche 4 greift in den Dom des Betätigungselementes 7 ein, so daß der für den Schalthub notwendige Weg zugleich als Abstand für die Schaltstrecke zwischen den Kontakten 2 und dem Gegenkontakt 5 ausgenutzt werden kann.
