Claims (7)

1. Strömungsmittelsystem (10) welches folgendes aufweist: eine Strömungsmittelquelle (12), einen Tank (28), einen Betätiger (18), ein pilotbetätigtes Steuerventil (14) mit ersten und zweiten Enden (38, 40) und beweglich zwischen einer betätigten Position (B) in der die Strömungsmittelquelle (12) mit dem Betätiger (18) in Verbindung steht und gegenüber einem stromabwärts gelegenem Steuerventil (24) blockiert ist, und einer Neutralposition (A) in der Strömungsmittel von der Quelle (12) gegenüber Verbindung mit dem Betätiger (18) blockiert ist und mit dem stromabwärts gelegenem Steuerventil (24) über das pilotbetätigte Steuerventil (14) in Verbindung steht, eine Quelle (34) von unter Druck stehendem Pilotströmungsmittel, und ein Pilotsteuerventil (32) verbunden mit der Quelle (34) von unter Druck stehendem Pilotströmungsmittel und mit den ersten und zweiten Enden (38, 40) und ferner bewegbar zwischen einer Neutralposition (A') in der die Quelle (34) des unter Druck stehendem Pilotströmungsmittels blockiert ist gegenüber Verbindung mit den ersten und zweiten Enden (38, 40), und einer betätigten Position (B') in der unter Druck stehendes Pilotströmungsmittel von der Quelle (34) verbunden wird mit dem ersten Ende (38), wodurch ein Differenzdruck zwischen den ersten und zweiten Enden (38, 40) vorgesehen wird gekennzeichnet durch Mittel (48) zum modulierten Vermindern des Pilotdifferenzdrucks zwischen den ersten und zweiten Enden (38, 40) des pilotbetätigten Steuerventils (14) nur in der betätigten Position (B) des pilotbetätigten Steuerventils (14) infolge des Strömungsmitteldrucks im Betätiger (18) der ein vorbestimmtes Niveau erreicht während das Pilotsteuerventil (32) sich noch immer in der betätigten Position (B') befindet, so daß das pilotbetätigte Steuerventil (14) in steuerbarer Weise zwischen Neutralposition und betätigter Position (A, B) bewegt wird, um das vorbestimmte Druckniveau in dem Betätiger (18) zu halten und die überschüssige Strömung des Arbeitsströmungsmittels von der Strömungsmittelquelle (12) zum stromabwärts gelegenen Steuerventil (24) zu leiten.

Stromungsmittelsystem (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Mittel (48) ein Zwie-Positionsventil (56, 66) aufweisen, verbunden mit dem erwähnten ersten Ende (38) und dem Betätiger (18) und geeignet zur steuerbaren Hindurchleitung von unter Druck stehendem Strömungsmittel von dem ersten Ende (38) infolge des im Betätiger (18) ein vorbestimmtes Niveau erreichenden Strömungsmitteldrucks.
3. Strömungsmittelsystem (10) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Mittel (48) zweite Mittel (50) aufweisen zur. Verbindung des unter Druck stehenden Pilotströmungsmittels vom Zwei-Positionsventil (56) zum zweiten Ende (40).
4. Strömungsmittelsystem (10) nach Anspruch 3 mit ersten und zweiten Leitungen (42, 44) die die ersten und zweiten Enden (38, 40) des pilotbetätigten Steuerventils (14) mit dem Pilotsteuerventil (32) verbinden, wobei die zweiten Mittel (50) ein Wechselventil (52) in der zweiten Leitung (44), eine dritte Leitung (55) verbunden mit dem Zwei-Positionsventil (56) und das Wechselventil (52) aufweisen, wobei das Wechselventil (52) dazu geeignet ist, den höheren Druck des unter Druck stehenden Pilotströmungsmittels in den zweiten und dritten Leitungen (44, 55) abzufühlen und den höheren Druck an das zweite Ende (40) zu liefern.

Strömungsmittelsystem (10) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Mittel (48) eine vierte Leitung (54) aufweisen, welche das erste Ende (38) und das Zwei-Positionsventil (56) verbindet, wobei das Zwei-Positionsventil (56) zwischen einer ersten Position und einer zweiten Position bewegbar ist, wobei in der ersten Position der Fluß des unter Druck stehendem Pilotströmungsmittels von der vierten Leitung (54) zur dritten Leitung (55) blockiert ist und wobei in den zweiten Position der Fluß des unter Druck stehendem Strömungsmittels offen ist, und wobei schließlich das Zwei-Positionsventil (56) in die zweite Position bewegbar ist, und zwar infolge des das vorbestimmte Niveau erreichenden Strömungsmitteldrucks im Betätiger (18).
6. Strömungsmittelsystem nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Zwei-Positionsventil (66) zwischen einer ersten Position und einer zweiten Position bewegbar ist, und wobei in der ersten Position unter Druck stehendes Pilotströmungsmittel zum ersten Ende (38) geleitet wird und wobei in der zweiten Position unter Druck stehendes Pilotströmungsmittel von der Verbindung mit dem ersten Ende (38) blockiert ist und das erste Ende (38) mit dem Tank (28) in Verbindung steht, wobei das Zwei-Positionsventil (66) in die zweite Position bewegbar ist, und zwar infolge des das vorbestimmte Niveau erreichenden Strömungsmitteldrucks im Betätiger (18).
7. Strömungsmittelsystem nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Zwei-Positionsventil (66) zwischen dem Pilotsteuerventil (32) und dem ersten Ende (38) des pilotbetätigten Steuerventils (14) liegt.
