Abstract
Es wird eine Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe vorgeschlagen, bei der die zu den Einspritzstellen geförderte Kraftstoff fördermenge durch Dosierung der Kraftstoffansaugmenge bestimmt wird. Die Dosierung der Ansaugmengen erfolgt dabei mit Hilfe wenigstens eines Magnetventils (20) das in der Kraftstoffversorgungsleitung zur Kraftstoffeinspritzpum pe liegt und mit Hilfe einer synchron zur Drehung der Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe bewegten Steuerkante (23), die die Verbindung der Kraftstoffversorgungsleitung zum Pumpen arbeitsraum (11) in Reihe zum Magnetventil steuert. Die Öffnungszeiten beider Steuerstellen sind jeweils länger als die maximale Zumeßzeit, wobei die Überlappungszeit der beiden Steuerzeiten die Öffnungszeit der Verbindung der Kraftstoffversorgungsleitung zum Pumpenarbeitsraum (11) bestimmt. Die Zumeßzeit wird somit auf der einen Seite durch die Schaltzeit der Drehzahl synchron bewegten Steuer kante und andererseits durch einen Schaltvorgang des Magnetventils bestimmt.
